While Gameweek 15 is shaping up to be one to forget for many Fantasy managers, our analysis of the weekend’s statistics for members offers some insight to distract us, notably the growing influence of Yannick Bolasie and West Ham’s efforts to maximise the formidable weapon that is Andy Carroll.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    If I make a move tonight I can do:

    Fab and Kun ---> Yaya and Costa, for free.

    Worth rushing it through now?

      Poor transfers for me. I'd rather keep Fab and would not be looking at Costa at the moment.

        Thanks, might wait and see how Rooney does tomorrow.

        Or head down the Benteke/Lukaku route.

      Only if you can't take the price drop of Fab or the drop ruins your plan.

        His drop tonight would ruin it.

        I have Hazard, but going into a gameweek without Kun or (C)osta is not a pleasant thought. Especially with chelsea having Hull at home.

    So, it is predicted by both quite reliable sites that Fab will drop tonight.

    But .. different opinions on the rise of Hazard and Siggy.

    10 minutes to go and we will know who read the mind of FPL tower better tonight.

      Who is to say they are not monitoring those sites and throwing in a few random moves to keep them out

      Probably both rise and no fab drop in that case

        I'm thinking about the monitoring and pushing for the rise too.

        I think Fab will drop too, imo.

    Good morning folks..
    Guzan, Gilks
    Cahill, Chambers, Wisdom, Clyne, Naylor
    Sanchez, Hazard, Siggy, Downing, Marney
    Austin, Aguero, Giroud .

    What should I be planning on here?
    4.3m in account. 2 ft

    Chambers - Zabaleta/ Baines
    Aguero- Costa/Rooney ?

    Thinking Yaya may not be worth it especially if Aguero just misses a month.

    I currently have 6 players either suspended or injured. Considering the dire circumstances what does everyone think of these transfers for a -8 hit? I'm doing quite well in my leagues so 8 isn't a huge deal.

    Chambers, Albrighton, Aguero > Cresswell, Jedinak, Costa.

    Foster
    Chambers - Hutton - Clyne
    Fabregas - Hazard - Sigurdsson - Sanchez
    Aguero - Bony - Austin

    Krul - Duff - Taylor - Albrighton

    I cannot come away with a replacement for Kun that is not Sakho based on his value and ppg. He has a goal or assist in every game he has played 45 minutes or more, except one, and he is averaging 7 points per game in these games combined. At 5.7M, he allows more options to upgrade to Yaya and a defender. I think I am going to do:

    Kun > Sakho - GW16
    Boyd > Yaya - GW16
    Duff > improved defender (Man City, Cresswell) -- GW17

    Best looking move here fellas?

    A) Krul -> Foster/Pantillimon
    B) Krul & Aguero -> Hart & Rooney/Lukaku (4 points)
    C) Chambers & Aguero -> Baines & Rooney/Lukaku (4 points)
    D) Krul, Chambers & Aguero -> Hart, Baines & Lukaku (8 points)

    Im quite tempted with a hit, but since I can still get a reasonable 11 out with no hits, perhaps A) is the sensible call?

    What do you guys think?

    A) Aguero, Downing --> Bony, Yaya
    B) Aguero --> Rooney
    C) Aguero --> Bony
    D) Aguero, Chambers --> Rooney or Bony + ???

    Current team:
    Guzan, McCarthy
    Baines Azpi Chambers Wisdom Moore
    Sanchez Hazard Siggy Downing Boyd
    Aguero Costa Austin

    Thanks!

      Keep Downing for sure, I like D though.
      Both the priorities on your side, & I'd wait until at least the end of United's match to make a decision.
      For now, Bony would be my choice. Perhaps Chambers --> Cresswell might tickle your fancy

    Last year change to adapt to was all about how the BAPs applied to defenders. We all had to switch from full backs to centre backs to adapt.

    This year it's the passing Mfs. Fab and downing great examples of players who seem to be able to create BAPs out of a single assist in a high scoring game meaning they are scoring closer to 4 pts per assist.

      Great great point, Downing's value is incredible. I should have got him for the immediate AdM replacement 2 weeks ago. No real "explosiveness" but just so reliable & even more so now with a plethora of in-form strikers ahead of him.

    Right, I'm thinking Aguero and Downing to Dzeko and Yaya (not til Saturday, though). My logic is that once Austin's back next week I'll still want Boyd in my squad and he rotates well with Austin anyway... it's essentially a question of Downing or Dzeko in this respect.

    Right move?

      Bony because of Swansea's attacking style of play and his goal involvement to date.

      Bony + Benteke

      Lukaku is Lukaku and Everton aren't firing, plus it's hard to trust any attackers that share pitch time with that clown Mirallas

      Dzeko isn't necessarily nailed with Jovetic there and he's only JUST back from injury
