A lot can happen in a week. Dzeko will most likely play against Roma, could easily get injured, even if he doesn't it could affect his chances of playing vs Leicester. Also, because Aguero's so expensive, downgrading will likely mean that money isn't an issue, so 0.1m isn't worth the risk.
Oh, if it's Dzeco you're going for it's definitely prudent to wait
And Lukaku, he has Europa too. But he may be rested which is a good thing 😀
