Our Members got the first round of ICT Index Data at the weekend, enabling them to assess the statistical performance of players across three crucial disciplines – Influence, Creativity and Threat.

Week by week we’ll be using this data to analyse teams and players in an attempt to aid Fantasy team selection. Our first article for Gameweek One turns the attention away from City’s sparkling 4-0 win over Swansea and looks to the reigning Champions, examining how Alex Ferguson’s men performed in their 2-1 win at West Brom and assessing the key performers on show ahead of their Monday night meeting with Spurs in Gameweek two.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    What's going on? It must be either the Silly Season or mass hysteria caused by last week's false start. Unbelievably, Fernando (I couldn't score in a barrel load of fannies) Torres is leading the Captains Poll by a 30 lengths! Astonishing!! Is it because he didn't score last time out - again?? Is it because he had ONE shot on target against Stoke?? Is it because he's arguably the biggest waste of money in the history of football??

    Include me out.

      This game's about anticipating good runs, not about jumping on them once they've started. Torres hasn't scored in ages, but he got man of the match last week, AVB seems to have faith in him, he's facing the second worst defence from last year at home and then Norwich at home. It might not work but with the fixtures it's worth a shot

      Don't see much point in using up £12m on Lampard at the moment. I'd take Malouda instead to fee up £1.5m to spend elsewhere. Drogba's a big risk at the moment as well - Aguero, Suarez and Rooney are all better in my opinion.

    Something I haven't seen anyone ask. If I choose not to use any of my unlimited transfers this week, does the normal 'rollover' rule still apply - i.e. will I get two 'free' transfers' next week?

    I'm fairly happy with my team at the moment as I picked it with the first 2-3 weeks in mind, so I'm seriously considering not changing anything (even though it feels like a waste of unlimited transfers)

      Holt will do nothing. Boswingwa mught loose his place soon. Ruddy won't do much. Suarez has a tough week. I think young is a good move. I'd stick with sinclair. I agree with the torres onee in a couple of weeks.

        ^Don't take the advice of some idiot who can't even spell, Holt may well do nothing, but he could do something. Bosingwa is under no more threat of losing his place than anyone, Ruddy could do a lot, Suarez is fixture proof and the rest is good. Basically, Beaver46 isn't too bright.

        Better? Easily Jarvis, FPL points wise they are about the same but Jarvis is more promising from open play and O'Hara from set pieces.

    Have been stuck on this for sooo long.. ANY help appreciated..

    Given, A.Cole, Lamps and AJ OR Hilario, Warnock, Malouda and Suarez.

    Problems with 1: – No Liverpool cover, AJ could be rotated.

    Problems with 2: -Will need to sell Hilario for Given soon, will laso need to sell Warnock soon.

    Anyone able to help?!

      First one by a mile for me.

      Hilario is a waste of money IMO, u will have to transfer him in 2 weeks and probably for 4 points so he has to get 4 points more than Given or another keeper, so he may have to keep 2 cleanies in the next 2 and u will probably then just break even. U can do without Liverpool coverage for now, our fixtures arent that great.

      I like the first one. AJ may be rotated but IBoth are good short term. AJ didn't play in Europe yesterday, so he will most likely start this weekend.

      I think there is less long term uncertainty with option 1, so I'd go with that.
