Actually...what I can see happening, is Cazorla and Sanchez playing constantly, probably with Ramsey, and the rest rotating around them. Dropping Giroud and sticking Sanchez upfront to get Walcott and Ozil in isn't totally impossible.

Not true. Luis was LB of the season last year in La Liga. He has played well in every game for Chelsea. Both Azpi and Ivan have been rested for him.
You guys talk about "1st choice" as if it's set in stone. Don't you understand rotation and the need to rest players? This is something that will be increasingly influential for Chelsea and City with their CL commitments and even more so for Arsenal who have CL and FA Cup as well.
