These are difficult times for Granville. Sadly for him, his prediction that Diego Costa’s studs played into my hands along with Emre Can’s ankle proved correct – the Chelsea villain pushed me into a Gameweek 23 Wildcard and I cashed in.

It left Granville spitting feathers and 92-points behind but he remains defiant. Even with the millions draining from his squad via his active Wildcard, my resolute co-host is not giving up on keeping the season alive and the rivalry as bitter as ever.

We weigh up Granville’s latest options in his quest to close the gap: analysing the contest between Sturridge and Aguero for our place in our forward lines, check in on the fallout from the Sanchez injury, whilst wading through the usual regulars ahead of another Gameweek.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

You still have Sanchez... Is your bench good enough cover?

With the imminent return of Sanchez - I'm reluctant to ship him.

Therefore is 5.2.3 a crazy formation to play this week with my defenders having the below fixtures?

    Burnley(A) Hull(H) AVL(A) WHU(A) CRY(H)

Means Chadli, Boyd and Sanchez on my bench

Or should I play Chadli over one of my defenders?

Burnley go head-to-head with Swansea City at Turf Moor as Sean Dyche’s men look to build on a hard-fought point at Stamford Bridge last time out. The visitors would be wise to pay close attention to Clarets’ star man Danny Ings, who’s bagged five goals in his previous seven outings. Nonetheless, the Swans will also be buoyed by their first ever league double over Manchester United and the impressive form of Sung-yeung Ki – the South Korean midfielder’s netted twice in his previous three starts.
