Goals are the lifeblood of our Fantasy lineup and the quest for goalscorers is, of course, a major factor in our selections on a weekly basis.

While several players have already shown their prowess in this area with two goals to their name, the statistical data available to our Members, and in particular the ICT Index, enables us to spot and monitor those who are yet to make their mark but are, nonetheless, finding themselves in goalscoring positions and posing a key threat to the opposition.

In this latest Members article, we take a look at the top players amongst midfielders and forwards in terms of the current β€œThreat” score within our ICT Index, identifying those players who have so far delivered on their promise, and those which seem likely to find the net in the near future.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Surely Spurs will score at home though, despite Kompany's threat coming forward for set pieces?

Kompany doesn't go past the half way line on set-pieces.

Looks alright. Keep the faith and hold off on the WC. Change Torres to Rooney next week if you really want to get rid of him

im thinking about taking a punt on Barkley from everton in midfield as i think he looks pretty good and Everton although having a stinker of an opening day havegood fixtures for the next 3 weeks, virtually no one has him. Whats the news on moses? will he be fit? any one else looking at Barkley.

    This is my team:

    Given (Ruddy)

Bosingwa, Kompany, Simpson, (De Laet, Jagielka)

    Silva, Jarvis, N'Zog, Mikel,( Moses)

    Suarez, Rooney, Torres

Should I bin Torres now or keep him one more week? If so who do you think would be a good replacement? Klasnic, Bent, Aguero or Dzeko - I'm spoilt for choice!

Any suggestions will be gratefully received.
