With 14 goals and three assists in the opening 15 Gameweeks, Sergio Aguero looked a near-essential component of our three-man frontlines until injury struck against Everton in early December. After missing five league fixtures, the City talisman’s return was eagerly anticipated by Fantasy managers but it’s fair to day that so far, Aguero’s recent displays haven’t quite been on a par with his early season endeavours.

Three goals and four assists in eight Gameweeks equate to a reasonable average of 4.875 points since recovering from a knee injury but this fares poorly against his returns from Gameweek 1-15, where he delivered seven points per appearance before he was sidelined through injury. With this in mind, we delve into the data to compare Aguero’s recent stats against his earlier displays and also analyse his efforts against other forwards from Gameweek 21 onwards.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

After man utd eriksen has a couple of lovely fixtures. His underlying stats have been really good recently too and he's due a big haul.

Caz is playing deeper now and is the one that I like least out of the three arsenal choices for that slot.

    2011/12 - 1409457
    2012/13 - 1911349
    2013/14 - 1237348
    2014/15 - 20,437

          Basically if no wc-
          Have 3 chelsea for 33
Try to have 2 Ft FOR 34.

im planning on the inca trail but have a few days to kill before,

Trying to decide to spend that time in Lima or Rio, any suggestions?

I spent 3 months last summer in Argentina Brazil Boliva Peru (and watched England at the World Cup)

If you've got a couple of days I'd say you've got a few options.

Bolivia- do 'death road' down hill cycling- relatively dangerous (I don't know how old you are but thoroughly enjoyable- I'm 24 if that helps)

In Peru- 2 day or 3 day trek at Colca Canyon (worlds deepest canyon apparently) hard work but if you struggle can always get a donkey.

Rio- my favourite place but slightly bias as the world up was on. Huge city- could go Christ the redeemer (stunning) sugar loaf mountain. And pedra de guavea- mountain in middle of rio.

Bolivia - could also go to the salt flats about 3/4 days needed.

Peru I also did a 4 day jungle trek(smallest time possible) but I regret not doing a weeks trek or something longer.

If your making a choice between Lima and Rio.

It's a no brainer- Lima is a really quiet city with very little going on. Rio is gorgeous and so many different things you can actually do.

              Thanks Street,

Ill plan on rio then ive always wanted to explore the city and I think there is no better place for a first south american destination.

Although the death road cycling sounds good, im 26 so I should make it out alive, hopefully!

              cheers for all the feedback

I'm more than happy to give any more help you need for this.

I'd say Rio as you can do treks up sugar loaf and pedra de gavea to get yourself in shape. And the blinding obvious fact Rio is sensationally beautiful.

You booked any of Machu Pichu yet? Me and my friends did the 4 day one with Cycling and walking. It's not the exact inca trial but apparently that is 12 horus walking day. Ours was more 4-6 hours a day and loads of people our age on the trip.

And booked all of it whilst out there- if you want to book the actual inca trail book it now on line.

But we paid $250 to do our one in the town near by.

Sorry for the late reply Scab... (the little one had a screaming episode!).

Not been to Rio, but it's somewhere I really want to go.

To be honest, Lima is a great city for just chilling. The food is fantastic and everyone is really friendly. But... Rio looks like more of a party place!

We didn't do the Inca trail to Machu Picchu; we cheated and got the train in!

But we stayed in Cuscu/Sacred valley as it was advised to acclimatise to the altitude.

Feeling envious Scab. You're bound to have a great time.

Wollscheid to Schlupp or Dawson is my thinking. But what do you think?

    Panti Hamer
    Terry Bertrand Bellerin Rose Wollscheid
    Hazard Sanchez Silva Eriksen Moses
    Aguero Kane Austin

Those two can easily outscore him despite playing away. Not that LEI is that good at home - they lost their last two at home in PL.

I dont mind taking a risk to do the following despite the former 4 seems better

    Kun silva kane eriksen

    To

    Costa sanchez giroud sterling

But its dumb to do the moves b4 gw33 as all have blanks. If i do it on gw34 i have to take a -8. So end up it might not be worth it after all.

get 3 chelsea and maybe a LEI player? u have 6 more FT to go until gw34 so u can easily get enough DGW player.

the problem is probably some of the moves u would want to wait till after the blank week which could force u to take a hit or 2.

Hard to take LEI seriously as a defensive force. They'll concede against everybody so it's a waste of time bringing their players in imo.

I'm guessing that Boyd -> Mahrez will be a popular choice in the coming weeks.

Thing is, LEI do make goal scoring opportunities but they just never score the goals and you don't get points for assisting the forward who blasts the ball into Row Z.

There are better differentials out there imo. Kun goes heavy often enough so losing him will really hurt them at some point.

A better differential would be the WBA deee-fence.

if i were to punt i would only take kun out for dgw but again he has a good fixture and u might have to get him back again..which isit very worth it..maybe those with a WC could do that
