Honeslty if you watch any of the QPR games he is their best bet going foward. WBA do not score enough goals. Sakho isn't on penalties and unlike Austin most of west hams good play does not go through him.Find money for Giroud.

I dunno, he seems alright to me. Paycheck players, yes, but many of the teams have them now. You could see in the interview, he'll very openly accept problems with the team etc. which I don't think many other managers tend to do (LVG's rambling and odd defence of certain players, Mou's moodiness etc.).
If he gets fired that's awful. Should get another season. Should also be more strict on their transfer dealings...
