KPI Analysis – Defenders, Last Four Gameweeks

Having previously assessed the form of forwards and midfielders across the last four Gameweeks, our third Key Performance Indicator (KPI) article of the international break casts an eye over the defenders.

For the unfamiliar, these Key Performers Indicator (KPI) tables use a series of key stats to allow our members to track a trend in player performance as a guide to their form. By tracking the frequency of certain key statistics, such as minutes per chance, and comparing them over two separate periods of time, we can ascertain patterns of improvement or decline in these areas. For those unfamiliar, we’ve rolled out a preview movie which shows just how to get the best out of the KPI tables.

      lol.. dont think anyone's ever regretted playing their WC as much as me(played it last week for Sakho, Downing, Adm, Saylor, Baines and Terry out)

    Yo.... opting to avoid the austin bandwagon (trap? I mean seriously qpr striker lol) and loking at the following options to replace welbeck with
    A) coleman, funded by welbz to kane
    B) bony, funded by clyne to yun

    Which is stronger?

    Krul/guzan
    Baines COLEMAN azpi (chambers wisdom)
    Sanchez haz sig downing (boyd)
    Aguero costa KANE

    Or

    Krul/guzan
    Baines azpi chambers (YUN wisdom)
    Sanchez haz sig downing (boyd)
    Aguero costa BONY

    Funnily enough chambers rotates perfectly with kane and yun in both cases

        Kane not nailed if he keeps getting starts he is an absolute bargain. So A for sure but very hard to say that he keeps starting.

        He said it's not worth risking him if it means he plays and then misses next handful of games....sounds likes he'll play it cautious to me.....guess it would be stupid to swap him for -4 on basis of that....esp as I have zaha waiting in wings and he could have field day v pool!

    Just keen to do more as Di Maria, Fabregas, Sakho + Marc Wilson all doubts!
