Gameweek 24 closes at Anfield tonight where Liverpool play host to Mark Hughes’ Fulham. Both sides are in the fledgling stages of revival following recent slumps and the home side in particular, will be looking to build on the fine 3-0 win at Wolves at the weekend.

The Dugout Discussion chatroom is now open and available to catch your final thoughts on what has been a pivotal Gameweek in our Fantasy seasons.

Fernando Torres wears the armband for some Fantasy Premier League managers tonight and hopes will be high following his two goal salvo at Molineux. Kenny Dalglish will be looking to him and the returning Steven Gerrard, to help break down stubborn resistance from what is expected to be an organised Fulham outfit.

Gerrard returns to the starting lineup then, Lucas, who is carrying a minor knock, makes way to allow the skipper to return. Elsewhere, Steve Sidwell makes his debut for the visitors with Dickson Etuhu missing out with a hamstring injury.

There’s also the second Carling Cup semi-final tonight with West Ham taking a slender 2-1 lead to St Andrews. There’s some potentially significant team news there, with Alex McLeish handing a start to Martin Jiranek in central defence, shifting Liam Ridgewell to left-back and benching budget prospect David Murphy.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Okay guys. Yesterday Curtis Davies tweeted these:

"En route to Leicester to re-join Sven's revolution!"

"Can't believe the Yak Attack has bullied my number, I'll just have to weights him in training! : s"

Now today is transpires that brum came in late for him and it looks like he will be joining them.

Exceptionally poor form right? To be honest if he doesn't want to be here then i'd rather he wasn't but if that was the case and it wasn't 100% what is he doing tweeting about it?!

Perhaps the account is a fake?

Pretty poor form if that's what actually happened... I'd rather play for Leicester than Birmingham!

      Naughton Bamba Davies van Aanholt

      That's a serious defence. 😉

Apparently it's a pretty long established account - lots of people swearing by it.

The defence though... We have some serious pace in our team now. Naughton, Van Aanholt at fullback, Dyer and Vassell up top.

The Yak will never go hungry again!

Bit of a weird one, Maxi. I think he shows some quality in his passing, but overall he's not good enough for a team hoping to challenge for the higher places.

predictions on numbers of weeks RVP remains fit? I'm thinking back to last few seasons and thinking of getting Carroll back instead, I actually need a rotatable striker, its a bit risky having 3 big hitters. Any advice on team would be welcomed.

    Harper (Stockdale)
    Kelly Bosingwa Djourou (Clark Coleman)
    VDV Nani Fabs Malouda (Adam)
    Torres RVP Berbs

I dont really have anyone to rotate Adam with which for me is a bad policy.

Decent cover for the inevitable gameweeks where people don't make the squad or are rested though.

Not a bad idea to downgrade if you want the cash but wait and see RE. Carroll.

Even took a massive deflection before it hit the post, not an assist in a million years. Sadly.

OGs can get assists, but not here. Deflected onto the post, then Paintsil hit it into the keeper, then he somehow flicked it over the keeper and sliced it in. There were at least 4 touches in between Torres' shot and the ball crossing the line.
