Yes, that’s right, crazy talk. There’s a lot of it about in this week’s ScoutCast episode – most of it originating from Mark’s chattering. Transfer in three defenders for a four point hit? Spend big money on Leighton Baines, dumping last season’s top Fantasy scorer? Has he finally lost the plot?

This is what an international break does to you. Suffering from cold turkey and with two free transfers burning away in the pocket, a Fantasy manager has to fight the jerky knee. In my own moment of madness, I even find myself trying to talk Mark out of his hasty moves.

Hoilett and Walters for Adeb and Ferguson, or Bendy and Ekotto for Adeb and Evans?

I know it's not of any wisdom to sell Adeb atm, but I have bigger problems to worry about as Larsson is suspended, Shax is doutbful as well as BJ with no word him so far, Ferguson never plays and Evans is no longer nailed on to start games.

Blackburn fans, is it the right time to get Hoilett? He's been fairly good imo, Wigan away is always a highscoring game with 20 goals in the last 4 games between the two sides.

Will appreciate your feedback lads!

  Probably more responses if you link your team however, both your selected through up negatives, H & W option gives you 2 stoke and the other option gives you 2 Sunderland neither being teams I would be rushing to double up on certainly not on current form.
  Getting shot of Ferguson is a must imo but hard to know options without seeing team.

      Sound looking team!
      If your keen on getting shot of Ade then him and Ferguson out for Hoilett and Walters.
      Bendy and Rodwell/Eagles looks good on paper but 3 Sunderland sounds like overkill.
      An option I'm considering is downgrading VdV to Bale to free up dosh, haven't done it yet but thinking about it!!
      If it was me I'd be going Ferguson and seriously thinking about Rooney out because of the uncertainty about ManU's attacking options at the moment.
      Don't think I've been much help, bit weary and too much vino, sorry!

        I'm yet to decide on any of them really, will wait for managers presser today to check up the fitness of Shax, BJ and prob a word on VDV. Not to mention Rooney and whether he's going to play deep again. He will surely be out if he's to start in the middle of the park again. Only thing I'm sure of, Ferguson is on his way out of the side, no chance he ll be there anymore otherise team will start to look dizzy as weeks go on. Cheers mate, appreciate your feedback.

As a man of boring tastes, I wish to say the same things many times over. I admit I have a problem, but I wish to express the caveat that I am sitting on 2 free transfers, and it seems mentaloid not to use one of them. Yes? So, the dilemma is thus:

Sinclair out, Drenthe in? Further to this issue is the issue of the issue that is: Do I play Sturridge or SInclair/Drenthe? Hmm. Help?

  Yeah your team is sort of stacked, huh? I would take a ride in the Rolls Royston. Has a dutch player done you wrong in fantasy epl? Of course his name doesn't have a 'v' which is as vitally important but for 6 million you cannot turn down a leftfooted dutchman. Should Sinclair come back to haunt you simply get him back for Walters in the future.

  Ruddy/Allen would be your options as you said.No need to have RvP and Ramsey. Downgrade Ramsey (there are many cheaper options) if you want some extra funds.

  If you are happy to play Vorm evey week then yes, that's probably the best plan. If not, perhaps downgrade Vermaelen to P Jones which should give you enough to get in Westwood/Krul.

    Thanks for the replies guys,
    I like the idea of downgrading Ramsey as I'm fed up of seeing him assist the assist (but thought I'll give him 1 final week against Norwich to do the biz) but now I'm thinking your right and ship him now.
    
    Sort of convinced myself that Verm would be a good differential, I've actually only just bought him in to replace Jones as I'm scared he might be rested due to playing 2 internationals/others coming back. hmmm starting to think I should swap him back in.

      I think 3 Ars is a bit much imo, and I'm a gooner!. Would sooner get rid of Drenthe than Ramsey though as Arsenal score far more goals and Drenthe is unproven really. Drenthe -> Eagles perhaps to free up 0.6m for a Ruddy upgrade? Not sure if Bolton and Swansea rotate but if so, Allen/Eagles could be your attacking sub each week....
      
      I can see the appeal with Verm, I am also looking at ways to get him in. Struggling at the moment...

  Do you have any funds in the bank? If so, P Jones would be a good call. However, given that you already have 2 pricey defenders in Kompany and Enrique, I would be included to get a cheapie in and use the funds to upgrade elsewhere. Perhaps Wilkinson?

    I've got a feeling that Wilko is not as nailed on now as he has been the last few weeks. I don't want to have to ship him out again in a week or so. And Caulker but he's injured atm.
    
    Hmm, Ekotto does seem to be the current band of wagons. I just feel like Bolton are going to start turning it around a bit now there fixtures have improved.

  I initially plan to keep Mata.. But downgrading him a bit would give me a budget to spend elsewhere, especially upgrading Evans to Jones (if Bale) or Vermaelen (if Drenthe).

  He has a hernia and had surgery on Thursday. He looks like he will be out for between four and five weeks. At first he had an abdominal strain, certainly caused by the fact that he had a hernia already. When the strain was healed we discovered that he had a hernia. We had a fear that could be behind it so we decided to do the surgery.

rvp dzeko (morison/bendtner/wellbeck)

some of those combos will be unaffordable but help me decide on mids like sess vs bendy for example

could get walker for baines (cheapest all season and seems to be the only consistant attacking player for everton) or ade for dzeko
anyone care to pass judgment on those apples?

  think you have too much money tied up in baines. especially considering he hasn't scored well at all fpl wise so far and everton aren't keeping many cleanies. think you should downgrade him to jones, walker, or shawcross. or maybe even downgrade to a cheapie and use the money to signficiantly upgrade your mids and forwards. especially if you are already getting howard. don't think doubling up on everton defense is very smart.
  
  howard or krul both look good. another option which has worked out pretty well for me is kenny. rotates well with vorm and also pretty cheap but what you have is fine
  
  think your forwards look a bit week which is also why i suggest you downgrade baines. I personally like adebayor, think he will get hot at some point and will get more playing time than dzeko but its a matter of opinion. I also have aguero so thats the another factor. you might want to try to find a way to squeze rooney, aguero, or hernandez in at your third forward spot alongside rvp and one of dezeko/adebayor

Hrmmm.. looks like my post didn't make it through... forgive me if this double posts.

Here's my lineup:

Vorm (Given)
Taylor S, Richards, Bosingwa (Simpson, Taylor-Swansea)
SWP, Ramsey, VdV, Silva (C) (Dyer)
Rooney, Abgonlahor, Adebayor (V)

I'm thinking of swapping out Bosingwa for Jones, and Abgonlahor for Bendtner. Anything else I'm missing? I have .5M in the bank, so Rooney for RVP isn't going to happen unless I burn 4 points.

  Do Rooney to RVP anyway I reckon. If you think of it as Bos to Jones is costing you 4 points you'd be confident Jones would make that up

    I'd have to downgrade another player as I'm .1 short. Bos->Jones is an equal trade, unless there is a better defender you think I should grab. Enrique? Tough fixture this week though. Maybe Walker?
