The FA Cup affected Gameweek 34 swings into action with title challengers Manchester City facing a stern test at Carrow Road. The Dugout Discussion opens for what will surely be an eventful day, with one eye on the Premier League and one eye on the goings on at Wembley (and also perhaps Aintree). The team news from our early kick-off is in, and the line-ups are as follows…

Norwich XI: Ruddy, Martin, Ward, Ryan Bennett, Drury, Elliott Bennett, Howson, Johnson, Pilkington, Holt, Wilbraham

Man City XI: Hart, Zabaleta, Kompany, Lescott, Clichy, De Jong, Barry, Nasri, Tevez, Aguero, Silva

The Canaries name an unchanged side from their successful trip to White Hart Lane, and Pablo Zabaleta in for Micah Richards is City’s only alteration.

After the title race has either heated up or died down, we’ve got another three Premier League games to enjoy. The almost relegated Wolves take a trip to the Stadium of Light, fellow strugglers Blackburn travel to Swansea, and West Brom host QPR, another side looking to avoid the drop.

Follow all the action as it unfolds in our Dugout Discussion chatroom, which is open and can be accessed right here.

I'm worried about this. A draw will do us fine. Constrict their play if necessary.

Like they did in the FA Cup... Oh wait.

*Seriously though, I'm not sure there's a favourite- especially with City really needing a win while United really only needing to avoid defeat.

If they can maintain their form up front then they have a decent chance. As long as they don't slip up it'll go down to the last game, where anything can happen.

Only just come on here, so apologies if already asked:

Aguero or Tevez to replace Rooney for the run in - Keeping Cisse & RVP

So tempting with Wolves next week.

For all the people asking, I say Tevez (assuming he plays) would be better than Aguero next week. 2 goals today does not hide the fact that Aguero doesn't score much away.

    Just my opinion though.

I heard today's goals were the first Aguero scored away since the 6-1 at Old Trafford.

        That's my main reasoning.

Aguero scored twice, assisted two assists, hit the post, assisted Johnson hitting the bar, and made a number of shots on target. Could have easily scored more than Carlos.

      Look at City's away record.
Do you think it's a coincidence that for the first time since GW11 City score more than 1 goal away, Aguero scores twice?

if i get Tevez in for Rooney and captain him, i can still have this team for the double
    Krul
    Vermaelen BAE Caulker
    Dempsey Bale Siggy Mclean
    Tevez Adebayor Rvp

    Migs Valencia Kompany Evans

not bad at all(no hits).. who needs DGW players.. keeps me beautifully set up for last 2 weeks too

I have so many hedges in this SUN vs WOL game. Massively long Wolves total prem points (don't ask) and have Migs, Turner and Sess in my FF team. So pretty much anything other than a high scoring game that SUN win with Sess gets nothing is fine by me. Cue 3-2 SUN, McClean hat-trick.

Ok, so the original plan was to ditch Aguero before the double GW and be left with a front line of RVP, Rooney, Ade. Still good to go? Or shall I forget about Ade, and double on Spurs defence with Bale in midfield? (keen on heavy Spurs coverage)

Trying to decide on Tevez v Aguero. I think they will both see lots of action, both similarly explosive, both similarly owned where I am.

The only differences I can think of are price, penalties and consistency. For me, Tevez is more consistent and will likely be on penalties, while the 0.7 doesn't matter in my case.

    Anyone think anything different?
