Man United XI: De Gea, Rafael, Ferdinand, Evans, Evra, Valencia, Carrick, Scholes, Young, Welbeck, Rooney.

Villa XI: Given, Hutton, Collins, Baker, Lichaj, Bannan, Ireland, Clark, Gardner, Weimann, Agbonlahor.

As expected, Sir Alex Ferguson restores Paul Scholes to his starting line-up in place of Ryan Giggs. There’s also recalls for Rafael and Danny Welbeck, with Phil Jones and Javier Hernandez dropping to the bench.

Alex McCleish is without the injured duo of Stephen Warnock and Chris Herd, so there are starts for both Gary Gardner and Ciaran Clark.

    I have 157 points this week, but I only have Walcott, Vermaelen, Moses and RVP (c) left so is this a good score please let me know thanks guys.

    Just say if you've had a good week, people will generally say well done. All this ridiculous "I my obviously outstanding score good?" stuff is very tedious.

    When I look at it, 22 from today doesn't seem TOO bad considering Rooney outscored De Gea by 3.
    Hopefully not too many in the top 8K had Evans and/or Valencia and not many captained Rooney.
    The forthcoming red arrow is all about damage limitation for me

      Most people will have RVP(c) over Rooney. And the Evans/Valencia/Rooney combo is worth 25 so you have missed out by 3 points. No biggie smalls.

    Quick question: For GW36 I'm transferring Valencia out for a long term Spurs player. So currently its between Bale and VDV. Can afford either, thoughts?

    Bale: Pros - cheaper than VDV, higher points returns, more likely to play both games in the double.
    Cons - not a differential really, blows hot/cold, no set pieces.

    VDV: Pros - free kicks and corners (assists), plays further forward, more of a differential than Bale
    Cons - expensive, rotation risk in the double, injury prone.

    Leaning on Bale for security and because of points return for price.

      what a waste if he's not playing against Wolves, thats pretty much has the highest chance of CS than any other match. so i guess you should change him.
