I was watching few replays of the Chelsea penalty incident and am of the opinion that it was a dive, with Hazard cutting across Vargas and then throwing himself to the floor. Vargas is entitled to maintain his running line according to the laws of the game.
Be interested to see what the MOTD pundits say, "he's entitled to go down" I suppose.Open Controls-
