Sunday’s bumper schedule continues apace as Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool play host to Newcastle United and West Bromwich Albion, respectively. Spurs can extend their unbeaten streak to 15 matches at White Hart Lane, while the Reds are reeling after their 2-0 defeat to the Magpies.

Aside from Manchester United, Tottenham are the only other team that’s registered a loss at home. Furthermore, the Lilywhites chart joint-second for goals conceded (five) and fifth-bottom for big chances conceded (nine) in home fixtures. The North Londonders will fancy their chances of breaching a Toon defence that’s shipped the joint-most goals (30) and third-most shots inside the box (139) throughout the season.

Only three teams have mustered fewer home goals (eight) than Liverpool, so the Baggies’ regimented style could prove difficult for them to counter. On the other hand, the fact that the Merseysiders placed bottom for shots inside the box conceded (18) and fourth-bottom for big chances conceded (four) over the last four Gameweeks bodes well for their shut-out prospects. Adding weight to that argument, Tony Pulis’ charges rank bottom for attempts (136) and shots inside the box (80) this term.

    Can Wolfie cover Butlands points?

He obviously wont get save points but he has been getting 6 to 8 points consistently the last few weeks.

Decent option if you have Myhill in goal?

I don't think Butland is gonna be getting so many points over the coming weeks. I'd be more tempted to forget STO and go for double WBA

Any others giving up the season?

    -------------
This season can be summed up by my ownership of Cabaye:

    No GW 7 = 9 points
    No GW 8 = 14 points
    No GW 9 = 9 points

    Yes GW 10 = 2 points
    Yes GW 11 = 2 points
    Yes GW 12 = 2 points
    Yes GW 13 = 2 points
    Yes GW 14 = 2 points
    Yes GW 15 = 3 points

    No GW 16 = 11 points

    --------
    2014/5 Rank: 2953
    2015/6 Rank: 1.4million

    Bandwagon predictor

Giroud & Ramsey, Arsenal vs Bournemouth then Newcastle GW19 & 20
Aguero, City vs Sunderland GW18 depending on his fitness

Butland's haul the only reason I lost my 1v1, so frustrating...
And of course Kane & Cout blanking, and Tottenham's defence conceding 2 goals.

I did Aguero > Giroud this week as a one week punt with a plan to get him back in next week, although I think I'll be going Kane > Aguero now. One season wonder. He'll be playing for Stoke next season.

Benched Dawson, captained KDB, doubled up with Clyne and Mignolet

    Sums up the gameweek.
