Dugout Discussion – Leicester vs Arsenal

Saturday evening comes to a conclusion at the King Power as champions Leicester go head-to-head with Arsenal.

Both sides are already playing catch-up after losing their opening matches of the season.

Claudio Ranieri welcomes back Robert Huth from suspension after conceding twice to Hull last weekend. The Foxes boss also opts to recall Shinji Okazaki and Marc Albrighton as Ahmed Musa and Demarai Gray drop to the bench. New signing Nampalys Mendy comes in for Andy King in the centre of the park.

Arsenal, meanwhile, bring in Santi Cazorla, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Granit Xhaka and Laurent Koscielny as they attempt to bounce back from Sunday’s home loss to Liverpool. Mesut Ozil and Olivier Giroud are deemed fit enough to take their places on the bench.

    I've already done a -4 to squeeze in Ibra before the drop/rises last night.

    I'd like to get in Walker etc. Is this team worth a wildcard or should I keep faith?

      Capoue is injuried though. You don't know how serious it is

      I'd say A. Despite 2 goals in 2, I don't think that Capoue is a player you can play every game.
      Not convinced on Townsend though. The pickings at 6.5 are slim... Mirallas means a double-up on the Everton attack, which is questionable at the moment.

      Keep Oscar and Deulofeu for one more week at least. Liverpool away at Spurs is as bad as fixture as it gets, so I'd consider transferring one of Firmino & Coutinho.

      Didn't see it, but from what I've read Jansen is still warming up to EPL and missed a sitter (ala Soldado) while Alli looked really lively when he came on as a substitute and had a positive affect on the game providing the energy and tenacity that generated the only goal (while not actually having a direct hand in the goal). It was also a tactical choice by Poch to use two strikers. Worrying to have a 8.5 priced mid who may not start every game though.

    my current team below just changed tekkers from vardy, was thinking of doing a wildcard but not sure if I should bother it is only gw2 and making other changes like stones maybe firm but then not sure if I should do others? Like gradel to Capoue if he isn't out for long just minor ones.

      I've got the same issue. Dela is the man to go, £0.5m itb, 2FT. So far I've been thinking Bojan could be mega as on pens, about to get great fixtures and new pen rules meaning loads of them. What do you reckon?
