Dugout Discussion – Leicester vs Arsenal

Saturday evening comes to a conclusion at the King Power as champions Leicester go head-to-head with Arsenal.

Both sides are already playing catch-up after losing their opening matches of the season.

Claudio Ranieri welcomes back Robert Huth from suspension after conceding twice to Hull last weekend. The Foxes boss also opts to recall Shinji Okazaki and Marc Albrighton as Ahmed Musa and Demarai Gray drop to the bench. New signing Nampalys Mendy comes in for Andy King in the centre of the park.

Arsenal, meanwhile, bring in Santi Cazorla, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Granit Xhaka and Laurent Koscielny as they attempt to bounce back from Sunday’s home loss to Liverpool. Mesut Ozil and Olivier Giroud are deemed fit enough to take their places on the bench.

    Hazard - Firmino - Alli - Townsend
    Aguero - Vardy - Gray

    Vardy and Alli to Ibra and Redmond a sane decision? Any other suggestions?

      Regrettably you have to think Barkley. Pens really ups his potential too, or do we think Lukaku will reclaim them? Bolasie is a lot of talk no walk, may be different at Everton but I kinda doubt it.

    Hi guys, advice please;

    I have 1.5m in the bank after transferring Ayew out for Bolasie last week (not the best move in hindsight)

    I was planning to use the extra cash to upgrade Gray to Benteke, but thinking now Gray has brought himself an extended stay in my team.

    So is it worth upgrading one of my 4.5m defenders to Azplicueta?

    Other option is Firmino to 9.5m/10m

      Looks good depending on the rest of the team. It seems difficult to know who will shine and when in Liverpool midfield and that uncertainty is beginning to put me off their assets. Will you miss some decent hauls? Yes. But if you can get someone in who will be a more consistent source of goals, I'd go for it.

    Just played my WC. I have 0.8m in the bank still and I sit here debating "Gray or Benteke". Now, I assume Gray is going to rise in price. Is my ability to sell him for profit still active during the week itself as I need 0.9m to make the jump (unless a Benteke BW starts in that time).
