After United’s 1-1 draw against Stoke at Old Trafford, we now have a couple of 2.15pm kick-offs to continue a busy Sunday schedule.

Man City’s trip to Spurs is the pick of the two matches as Pep Guardiola’s side seek to maintain their 100% Premier League record.

Sergio Aguero’s performance is eagerly anticipated after Zlatan Ibrahimovic blanked once again earlier today.

Drafted in by more Fantasy Premier League managers than any player last Gameweek, he has served up 13 points in each of his two away appearances so far but faces a tough task against the league’s most resilient rearguard.

Heung-Min Son is the home side’s form player.

The South Korean has bagged four goals and an assist in the previous three and fired a midweek Champions League winner in Moscow. Deliver against Pep Guardiola’s side and we can expect the bandwagon to pick up speed over the international break.

Champions Leicester welcome Southampton to the King Power on the back of a midweek Champions League win over Porto.

The Foxes have only failed to win one of their first three home fixtures – a goalless draw against Arsenal – though face a tough task to break down a stubborn Saints’ rearguard that have racked up five successive clean sheets across all competitions.

Whilst Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez struggle to reprise last season’s form, new boy Islam Slimani has wasted little time in settling into life under Claudio Ranieri. He bagged a brace in his previous league appearance at the King Power and also netted the winner on Tuesday evening.

Charlie Austin was rested for the Saints’ Europa League clash with Hapoel Beer Sheva on Thursday and returns to the starting XI today, having netted five times in his last four across all competitions.

13 – Man Utd have won 13 points from their opening 7 games this season; 3 fewer than at this stage of 2015/16 under Louis van Gaal. Normal.

Hey, but their coach will say they have been the best team in the second half of all games they've played.

Tbf, you can't blame Jose if the players aren't doing their bit. In my opinion he did his job today. The players didn't.

We had the chances today and weren't good enough to finish them. Plain and simple.

      Team selection good.
      Tactics about right.
      Chances created.
Players not good enough to finish.

I was upset when we drew Spurs but I'm respecting them as a team a lot more now. Best defence in the league? Sorry Utd/Chelsea.

    And a 0-0 game? Shock!

    Looking at a -8 for:
    OUT: {Valencia, Stones, Friend, Ibra}
    IN: {Bellerin, Walker, Nyom, Costa}

    Good plan...?

He fed off scraps. Came really close to scoring once and had another half chance late in the game where he had to snatch at it. Spurs just played well and limited City's chances.

    Quick question:

Who is the best option for a Bournemouth defender? Got some decent fixtures and need one to free up funds too.

Hard luck fellow Ibra captainers. It was the correct decision between him and Aguero. If it wasn't for bad luck and an inspired keeper, a goal and an assist minimum. On the other hand Kun didn't have a sniff as expected.

Will sit on it over the break and reassess. A lot depends on if Sanchez delivers or not as I don't have him.

Ibra (c) suddenly doesn't feel so bad. Got away with that now just need a Sanchez blank. Walker cs was a bonus too.

Feel I need a decent heavy hitter for this woeful defence -

0.9 short of getting Rose/Monreal. Where can I save this?

    Lovren. Amat. Holebas. Evans
    Theo. Alexis. Capoue. Sterling. Firmino
    Deeney. Aguero. Lukaku.

Saints will be fine again this season, challenging to be best of the rest.

So we should be. Bertie / Van Dijk / Fonte / Soares-Martina; player for player I am not sure would swap that defence for any team in the league.

    Correction:

Son waited to take penalty.. looked designated penalty taker.. Lamela wouldn't give him the ball..

once Kane returns, Eriksen nailed then!

20 points from Firmino and Lukaku
    13 points from 7 players
Sanchez (c) and Bellerin to come
