As we approached the new season, hopes were high that Dimitri Payet could prove irresistible for our five-man midfields in 2016/17.

Restricted to just 26 minutes over the first three Gameweeks due to injury, Payet has been sold by a massive 589,000+ so far – only Eden Hazard and Riyad Mahrez have been subject to more sales in the centre of the park.

Since returning to the West Ham first XI in Gameweek 4, though, Payet has been quick to rediscover his Fantasy form.

Impressively, the Frenchman has played a part in all five of his side’s goals over that period. Payet provided two assists against both Watford and West Brom before serving up a stunning solo effort at home to Middlesbrough last time out.

With 30 points accrued in his four starts, then, this latest article for members casts an eye over Payet’s recent displays, assessing them against last season’s numbers before checking out the stats over the last four Gameweeks relative to other midfielders.

They would want him to play 60 minutes or so, would need to sharpen up for Barca

Do I play A) Pickford or B) Grant this weekend?
They're Playing each other, tempted by Grant as home team but both leak goals and Pickford tends to pick up BPS.
    Thanks.

Have quite similar problem, Pickford or Foster, Pick for possible CS (not likely), Foster vs TOT for possible save points.

Morning guys. I need help witht this team. Suggestions?

    Foster, Pickford
    Bellerín, Collins, Walker, Amat, Pieters
    Özil, Fer, Antonio, Coutinho, Capoue
    Stuani, Ibrahimovic, Agüero

    1 FT 2.1 ITB.

    Thinking: -
    A. Ibra to Costa and Ozil to Sanchez -4
    B. Collins to Koscienly.

I would personally go for B so don't think Sanchez is a huge upgrade on Ozil and Costa is on four yellows.

I'm in the same boat. Got many of your players and resisted wildcarding. Thinking about doing it during the next international break (because this one has been such a drag).

      Have you got any FT?

Are you worried about your goalkeepers?

Morning dzzz, couple of quick questions...If you are on a WC

    1) Which gk combo would you prefer? I am leaning towards heaton/pickford but they dont have the best rotation.

    2) Is a midfield of firmino STERLING wally son too punty? can wally cover sanchez points? or better to have a mid of firmino/SANCHEZ/wally/son

    3A) snoddy + ibra
3B) wally (already have sanchez) + kaku

    4) Benteke or Deeney?

    1. JIM BOB
      • 9 Years
      9 years, 8 months ago

      1.Sure
      2. I feel Walcott is a transfer waiting to happen due to rotation with arsenal having players back from injury.
      3. A
      4. Toss a coin. Both have form are heavily involved and on pens.

      1) Marshall and Pickford.
      2) More template, than punty.
      3) Snoddy and Ibra.
      4) Benteke.

What are the worst sayings in FPL?

    Could it be:

    1) "I'm giving him another week" (which turns in 2 then 3 then 4 weeks)

I'm not a fan of making unsustainable moves in defence, you want to save FT's for attacking players really. You're trying to create value where there is none. For 5.5M+ as well I would want some attacking threat from my defender.
