The first of seven days of double Gameweek 37 action gets underway at Goodison Park this evening as Everton take on Watford in the 7.45pm kick-off.

Sold by more Fantasy Premier League managers than any player since last Friday’s deadline, the Toffees’ Romelu Lukaku looks to extend his three-goal lead over Harry Kane in the race for this season’s Golden Boot.

The Belgian collected 3% of votes in our Captain Poll – more than any single-Gameweek player – and has already returned 12 points against the Hornets back in December.

Chelsea head to The Hawthorns for an 8pm kick-off knowing that a win over West Brom would clinch the Premier League crown.

Essentially, we’re looking for the Baggies to do us a favour and keep the title race alive, forcing Antonio Conte to field his big-hitters in Monday’s plum home clash against Watford and giving Spurs extra incentive in their final match at the Lane against Man United on Sunday.

Despite those concerns over potential rotation, both Eden Hazard (14%) and Diego Costa (9%) found a place in the top five of our Captain Poll – the latter is second only to Manchester City’s Gabriel Jesus for transfers in this week on the back of three goals and as many assists in his last five outings.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Dropped Haz for Fab, kept Diego. Too early to tell if it was the right decision. Glad tonight tho.

He's the most subbed player in the premier league, is it really that surprising?

Was just going to say this, it's so very different when they're winning, the reason to sub is obvious, but in a 0-0 with a chance to win the title!!

They never take Ronaldo or Messi off like that, and when it comes to a chance of clinching the title, there are a bucketful of players who would be nailed for 90mins in a 0-0...

^ Never thought of it that way. Your best player should probably get max time to influence things.

But honestly feel like Conte has his subs lined out already, like Haz comes off regardless of the game situation.

Most of the time he takes him off Chelsea are winning the game and not needing goals to win the title though...
