2 x prem forwards will be fine which then enables you to spend some extra funds to boost your midfield.

I like it! So much choice to rotate the 5m mids depending of form and fixtures, Ralls McArther Hughes all appeal more than Neves.

Wow, that midfield! All your money really is in 4 players, not a team that I would make.

I don't mind the team but if you are going with that midfield I would be reluctant to play a formation that includes four midfielders. Good luck for the season.

Trippier and Aurier were rotated last season. Trippier went all the way in the World Cup, so I'd expect Aurier to start the season.

Third season of taking the game seriously.

I used to play top heavy in a 343 with two strong strikers and 3 strong midfielders. My defence and goalies were weak to enable this. But my budget starting striker and budget starting midfielders were predictably dusappointing throughout the season and my defence was nowhere. That being said i came top 4k playing this way.

Last season i was not convinced by the strikers and i wanted more money in midfield so i played 3 5 2 with a cheap defence a strong midfield and a decent frontline. I came 70k which was very disappointing. I think my strategy shift was correct but a poor start and a kneejerk wildcard left me to far behind.

This season i am tweaking to a 4 5 1. I am playing strong defence strong midfield weak up top. The reason is i like the forward options even less this season. Kane looks tired and always starts slow. Mourinho nullifies united up top. Aguero and Jesus cancel each other out. Auba on the wing. Laca dissapointed last season as did morata. Firmino looks a good bet.

That leaves me thinking firmino up top witg two cheapies on bench. The rest of the game is a playground of choice
