Marko Arnautovic (£7.0m) has missed out on Gameweek 10 after Manuel Pellegrini revealed that he had been suffering with an illness.

Javier Hernandez (£6.2m) replaces him in the starting line-up as Grady Diangana (£4.5m) also earned his first start of the season.

Arnautovic is not the only mid-price striker causing problem for his owners. Following stories of an illness this week, Jamie Vardy (£9.0m) also misses out on the first XI, but he was named on the substitute’s bench by Claude Puel.

It is a strange occurence considering Vardy’s insistence on social media that he was “back to full strength”.

Fantasy interest in the match is likely to revolve around James Maddison (£7.0m) who is set to start the match.

“(Jamie Vardy) could not train earlier this week. I want a player who is at 100% to start. He will have a good opportunity to come in the second-half and show his energy.” – Claude Puel

LEICESTER XI: Schmeichel; Amartey, Söyüncü, Maguire, Chilwell; Ndidi, Iborra; Ghezzal, Maddison, Albrighton; Iheanacho

WEST HAM XI: Fabianski; Zabaleta, Balbuena, Diop, Masuaku; Rice; Diangana, Noble, Snodgrass, Felipe Anderson; Chicharito

Having King, Mitro and AWB. 0.3 ITB

My priority is to AWB to Balbuena considering Mitro has Hud next week. Any thoughts?

I’d rather have Fraser, with his tough fixtures, than any of that lot.

            Cardiff are indeed pony.

Deulofeu is OK but Pereyra is better and Deulofeu will get injured again soon enough.

Newcastle can’t score, so unless they get a load of nil nils I can’t see what purpose they’ll serve you except getting 1 or 2 points.

          This.

Not many better value mids in Fraser’s price range and they can still score goals in those tougher fixtures.

Easier to replace Wilson or King, but Fraser looks worth holding onto.

Hanging by a thread this GW.
      First Robertson.
      Now Arnie.
      Hazard a doubt.

To top it all. Doubt Monreal is on my bench. Them bloody Mendy! Leicesters Mendy who's played every game so far and now vanishes! Just when I need his steady 2 points.
WB brings up the rear against Arsenal so little hope there.

They miss a midfielder to control the play IMO. Maddison drops deep to start good attacks, but then he can't be in the box to score the goals. They want him to do two roles at once and it isn't working. I would drop Iheanacho and play Albrighton in central midfield. See if they can sign Drinkwater back from Chelsea as well.
