All eyes focus on Liverpool as they host Crystal Palace among today’s 3pm Premier League matches.

Mohamed Salah (£13.5m) is by far the most-captained player of the Gameweek, with just under two million Fantasy managers handing him the armband.

He starts at Anfield today, alongside his usual attacking team-mates Sadio Mané (£9.5m) and Roberto Firmino (£9.3m).

Despite suggestions he could be involved against Palace, Trent Alexander-Arnold (£5.2m) was absent from the matchday squad through injury.

As expected, James Milner (£5.6m) fills in at right-back, so it will be interesting to see if that alters Salah’s recent involvement in Liverpool penalties.

Visitors Palace do indeed start with Julian Speroni (£3.9m) in goal, as Roy Hodgson opts for 4-3-3 once again, Wilfried Zaha (£6.7m) and Andros Townsend (£5.8m) flanking Jordan Ayew (£.5.7m)

Elsewhere, Callum Wilson (£6.5m) returns to the Bournemoutb line-up, while Andy Carroll (£5.4m) leads the West Ham line in the absence of Marko Arnautovic (£6.9m).

Marcus Rashford (£7.6m) and Paul Pogba (£8.6m) both start for Manchester United as they host Brighton, who have lined up with Glenn Murray (£6.3m) in the starting XI, a slightly uncommon occurence for away matches.

Oumar Niasse (£5.0m) makes his Cardiff debut starting up front alongside Callum Paterson (£5.1m) as the Bluebirds visit Newcastle.

Danny Ings (£5.5m) returns to the Southampton side, as Pierre-Emile Højbjerg (£4.4m) comes back into central midfield.

The Saints are set to host an Everton line-up featuring Richarlison (£6.9m) at centre-forward, Ademola Lookman (£5.1m) deployed on the right-wing again.

Bournemouth XI: Boruc; Clyne, Cook, Aké, Smith; Brooks, Gosling, Lerma, Fraser; King, Wilson.

West Ham XI: Fabianski; Zabaleta, Diop, Ogbonna, Cresswell; Noble, Rice; Antonio, Nasri, Felipe Anderson; Carroll.

Liverpool XI: Alisson, Milner, Matip, VVD, Robertson, Henderson, Fabinho, Keita, Salah, Mane, Firmino.

Crystal Palace XI: Crystal Palace XI: Speroni; Wan-Bissaka, Tomkins, Sakho, van Aanholt; Kouyaté, Milivojevic, McArthur; Townsend, Ayew, Zaha.

Man United XI: De Gea; Young, Jones, Lindelöf, Shaw; Herrera, Matic; Lingard, Pogba, Martial; Rashford.

Brighton XI: Button; Montoya, Duffy, Dunk, Bong; Groß, Stephens, Pröpper; March, Locadia; Murray.

Newcastle XI: Dubravka; Yedlin, Schär, Lascelles, Lejeune, Ritchie; Ayoze Pérez, Hayden, Longstaff, Atsu; Rondón.

Cardiff XI: Etheridge; Peltier, Ecuele Manga, Bamba, Bennett; Mendez-Laing, Ralls, Camarasa, Hoilett; Paterson, Niasse.

Southampton XI: McCarthy; Bednarek, Stephens, Vestergaard; Valery, Højbjerg, Oriol Romeu, Ward-Prowse, Targett; Redmond, Ings.

Everton XI: Pickford; Coleman, Keane, Zouma, Digne; André Gomes, Gueye; Lookman, Sigurdsson, Bernard; Richarlison.

Watford XI: Foster; Kiko Femenía, Kabasele, Mariappa, Holebas; Cleverley, Capoue; Sema, Pereyra; Deulofeu, Deeney

Burnley XI: Heaton; Bardsley, Tarkowski, Mee, Taylor; Hendrick, Cork, Westwood, McNeil; Barnes, Wood.

Seen a couple asking about the pressure on Puel. It's largely because our fans are still spoiled from our PL win I think. He has essentially established us as an upper midtable side yet people are still upset. Yes he has his faults, yes our football could be more fun to watch, and yes we're inconsistent. But if Puel had no faults, we played attractive football, and we were consistent, we'd be in the Top 6 right now. No mid-table team is consistent or not plagued with holes in the squad, because if they weren't, they wouldn't be mid-table.

      • 10 Years

Same here with Saints. It was nice playing attractive beautiful football under Poch and Koeman. His brand was so different, we were moved to sack him cuz it was just such a departure from who we were for the past few years.

      1. Witty Pun: Not good at this…
        • 9 Years
        7 years, 6 months ago

Sacking him didn't turn out well for you guys, and I really think we will be knocking around the bottom of the table if we sack him too. Our squad is in transition right now and he needs to have at least one more summer window so the whole squad is on the same page, at least if we get a manager with a similar style they'll have an easy job.

        1. Differential C (Mark)
          • 10 Years
          7 years, 6 months ago

True, his replacement was much worse. But honestly, I'd sack all over again if I could turn beck time. What's the whole point of having loads of attacking players if all we're going to do is try not to lose? What's the point?
I cant speak for Leicester, but I can see valid points from both PuelIn and PuelOut camps, to be fair.

Made a horrible mistake yesterday - After Klopp's press conference, on my WC I switched out VVD + Shaw to TAA + Trippier to see how it would look. I then went to reverse it and couldn't thanks to Virgil's price rise!
