I’m thinking of dropping Pogba and Rashford due to my chip strategy (building for GW 31, FH 32, WC 34). With PSG (a) three days after Southampton (h), I reckon one or both will be rested for the PL game having played Palace midweek.

I will most likely bring in Sane for Pogba and Arnie for Rashford over the next two GWs. The prospect of double City attack being a 'differential' strategy is hugely appealing, and still gives me the option of getting 10 out for GW 31 for the cost of -4.

The 'Building for GW 31' strategy is tested by the fact that City, United and Wolves all have good fixtures up to GW 30. As we can't transfer 4/5 players out in one week, do people agree that United assets should be the first to go?

Thoughts on this alternative chip strategy? Have all chips except TC.

I currently only have 4 players playing in GW31. Two of them are Richi and Digne who I want to get out (after the Cardiff game). Using free transfers between now and GW31 would give me 8 players. So I think the popular option of loading on GW31 and FH GW32 isn’t ideal for my team.

I’m thinking of:
GW30 Wildcard for GW32 players (this allows me to get in City assets for GW28/29)
GW31 - FH
GW32 - bench boost
GW33 - survive it
GW34 - bring in GW35 double players

**** sake. Needed to get this off my chest, literally have had Deulofue in my FPL drat team since GW 19 and in that time he’s had 1 assist, so traded him out last night. This is when you know it’s definitely not going to be your year!
