The June discount for 2019/20 Fantasy Football Scout memberships for 2019/20 is coming to an end soon.

This year the cheaper price of £12.50 runs only until June 30.

From July 1 onwards the cost of Scout Membership for the new campaign will be £17.50.

This is a £2.50 increase on the usual price of full season Memberships.

Over the years we have made steady improvements to what our Members can enjoy and we will be re-investing back into the site to enhance it further in 2019/20.

However, we recognise the support of our loyal members which is why we ran the usual discounted rate of £12.50 until July 1.

If you’re new to the benefits of Fantasy Football Scout membership, you can get full details, along with a series of movies previewing the content, via this page.

In 2018/19 we published more Members articles than ever before, and plan to produce at least 150 in the 2019/20 campaign.

We also introduced Members only comments and Hot Topics to allow for detailed discussions of content behind the pay-wall.

Our projections and Rate My Team tool have both been tweaked with the former updated more often than in previous seasons.

We are also hugely excited to introduce the brand new Flat-Track Bully feature which allows Members to conduct research in greater detail.

Using this new feature you can customise which matches form part of your tables and comparisons and which do not, based on the opposing team.

This will help you identify players who perhaps perform better against weaker opposition, Flat-Track Bullies, or maybe those who thrive against the top teams like Raúl Jiménez did in 2018/19.

We will be releasing other new features when the June discount expires on July 1 so stay tuned on that front.

Last season, we helped Adam Levy to become the reigning Fantasy Premier League champion.

In his recent interview, he said: “I always sign up pre-season for £12.50 as I think that’s good value for the members’ content.”

In previous seasons we’ve helped FPL winners Tom Fenley and Simon March, while in 2015/16 we were thrilled to see Ed Masters – the winner of that year’s Members League – finish third in the overall rankings.

In 2017/18, Paul Gee went one better. He won our members’ league and finished second, losing out to champion Yusuf Sheikh by just eight points.

We are hugely grateful to those who show their support by signing up as a member each season. This continues to enable us to maintain the site, grow the FFS team and develop more ideas.

Members can switch between competitions to mine the data using an array of tables. Our comparison tools for players and teams can also be used to make head-to-head comparisons.

Filters can be applied to take into account only the last two, four and six matches played by a team or player.

Meanwhile, the match dashboard offers analysis of each match, together with charts which plot average positions and our collection of heatmaps for touches, shots, chances created among other statistics.

Members can also create custom tables based on the data and share them with other members.

The most famous of these is Joe’s Goals Imminent table which has a hugely successful rate for accurately predicting which underperforming assets will find the net next.

We will be producing a new preview movie highlighting what is available next week.

Our pre-season features begin with access to our members season ticker tool on or around June 13 with the announcement of the Premier League fixtures, with our Rate My Team tool and Player Projections to follow once the Fantasy Premier League player list is confirmed.

Having added new features over the last year – including Expected Goals data and Heatmaps – we’ll also be bringing back our Development Squad updates as we gear up to realise more ideas and bring you more tools to help enhance your Fantasy campaigns.

If you’ve any feedback or suggestions of content that you’d like to see added to the members offering, then please feel free to drop us a line at support@fantasyfootballscout.co.uk.

Here is one last reminder that memberships are available for just £12.50 during the month of June, but will increase to £17.50 on July 1.

Be sure to check out all the other benefits of signing up as a member here. A full FAQ on our Members area is also available here.

Existing registered users can upgrade via this link. New users, who are yet to get a registered account, can sign up via this link.

Payments can be made through Paypal or via Stripe using debit or credit cards.

Raheem for me. They are the same price. Sterling outscored aguero last season and seemed to have more explosive hauls. Aguero does have pens but he also may have more competition with jesus.

I have almost the exact same team. Bolt isn't great pick imo. Wolves defence wasn't great last year and we dont know how Europa will affect them in terms of fatigue. I went for laporte instead for now.

Nope. Now they are so close in proce you've got to go with the main man. Salah is more creative and on pens and will be a popular captain choice every single week.

Ppl seem to think that VAR will result in more penalties being awarded but have you also considered it may also rule out wrongly awarded ones too and therefore even things out.

Do we know how many penalty goals Salah assisted/scored last season from dramatic dives?

I am thinking a fair chunk. VAR may hurt his prospects, maybe a yellow card or two thrown in

How many high pressure situations in the World Cup and women’s World Cup lead to penalties this year? The 50/50s and even 40/60 calls always go in favour of the penalties. The man handling at set pieces will be looked at too, penalties will increase this year for the start at least no doubt imo

Anyone considering triple Liverpool defence and switching Captaincy between Sterling and Liverpool defender or even just captaining Sterling?

The Liverpool defenders look to be so good at PPG and even if Liverpool concede the full backs can get stacking returns which can nearly match Salah with a goal (and probably no bonus) anyway.

I'm now a member of FFS and can say it's amazing. The features are definitely worth 12.50?

    1. OldBenKenobi

Not a chance. You will need Salah or at least Mane as a captaincy choice

Considering, but doubt it will work. TAA might be captain material sometimes, but that means at least -16 should they concede. VvD injury might destroy their cs potential.

You are picking the player, not the side that will end higher in PL.

Leic's first 4 fixtures are not tough.

Everything changed for Vardy when Rodgers was appointed. If they get Tielemans no reason for Vardy not to hit 20 goals.

PS: pick Kane, you want to. I'm sure we will all own him sooner or later. He is to exp for me with budget 100m, but with 103 I will probably bite.

Vardy is a goal scorer. As long as he is happy he will do well.

What other 9m players? Not many strikers in that bracket. I will take him over Bobby F and Lacazette who are both 0.5 more expensive.

Is he better value than Jimenez though? That I don't know..

Just two places I'm unsure of now. Currently on A.Smith(Bou) & Diop(Whu) but is there two better 4.5 defenders that rotate well?

Haven't seen many attempts at 3-5-2s around.

    Here's one:

    Ederson, (Button)
    TAA, Gomez, Coleman, (Taylor, Kelly)
    Salah, KDB, Bernardo, Siggy, Zaha
    Wilson, DCL

    Doesn't look bad at all...

What do u think of this VARy good team

I think VAR = more penalties as it is a high pressure tournament like the world cups we have just seen meaning refs feel under pressure to give them. Also a couple of big CBs in there as they will be targeted in the box from set pieces which can equal assists from penalties. This could be nice what do u think.

    Guaita (EVE)

Smith (SHU) Stones/Maguire (whu) VVD (NOR) Ritchie (ARS)

Salah (NOR) Mili (EVE) Siggy (cry)

King (SHU) Aguero (whu) Vardy (WOL)

    Button Jorginho Dendoncker 4.5 defender

    Hi mates.

Two themes I think may be interesting to discuss:

    1) Best cheap forwards (max 6.5)? Options are mainly DCL, Deulofeu, Jota and King

    2) Best 4.5 max defenders? I am looking at Diop, mainly

    1. Ask Yourself
      • 10 Years

      1) King only
      2) struggling too. If elmohamady keeps his place at villa then he is my pick. Masuaku should be first choice for West Ham but our defence is shocking even on a rotation basis. Lascelles could be another one if Newcastle get a defensive manager

Feel like a lot of teams may change IF maguire moves to city. The 1mill saving from Laporte would be huge and allow for a crazy strong 11

    Heaton
    TAA Robertson Digne Coleman Maguire
    Salah Sterling Zaha
    Vardy 6.5

Aren't Laporte and Maguire both left-sided CBs? If so, then I think it actually makes both a worse option as Pep will rotate them.

Why does he want Maguire? IMO, it is because he needs to fulfil his home-grown quota. If he could I reckon Pep would go for some cheaper overseas option.

Very right footed by tends to play on the left as he is good with his feet compared to Morgan, Evans etc. Probably would go abroad but Maguire is a very good fit into his style of play. A much better stones.

I don't think City will get Maguire, but if they do it won't affect Laporte in the slightest. He's as close to a nailed on starter as possible under Pep.

Anyone considered Wilson and King? It's a fully viable option. The goals will be shared between the two of them imho, and Bournemouth have a very pleasant start fixture-wise.

Perhaps it is. Wilson will outscore Fraser this season by some distance though imho. I'm not saying I will go with any form of a Bournemouth double up but it might be something to at least consider until the first WC.

        Last 9 games last season:

        Wilson=4 gls + 4 assist
        Fraser=2 gls + 5 assist

        Not much in it.

Fraser had no attacking returns in the 9 or so fixtures Wilson was injured. That is telling I think.

Does AWB go up in your considerations now that he has joined Manchester United? Or are you waiting to see how United play before making any decisions? Is he the best in terms of attacking in the 5.5 - 5 bracket?

          There are 2 versions.

          A) Pope/heaton
          Robbo VVD Digne Zinchenko
          Salah KDB Siggy
          Kane King DCL

Which is well balance imo if zinchenko or any other 5.5 city defender be nailed.

          B)
          Pope/heaton
          Robbo VVD Laporte Digne
          Salah Sterling dendonker
          Kane King DCL

Siggy is a hugely popular pick, and probably not without good reason - but it’s interesting that he took 7 pens in 9 months from Jun’18 - Mar’19 and missed 4 of them (Missed 3/5 for Everton & 1/2 for Iceland)

Are there any rumblings of him losing pens at Everton?

I wonder with Digne dominating DFK’s & Corners and Siggy’s questionable penalty record... does it make things difficult for him, is he perhaps in danger of regressing this year? Nice fixtures to start though

Different thing being right back for palace than it is being right back for United. Very good reactive defender, not sure how he'll do when he has a lot more time on the ball. I have a feeling this will go badly.

Exactly the type of player we need imo, works hard, enthusiastic, can defend extremely well. We are not the team we were so I don't know where you're going with all this time on the ball he's going to have compared to at Palace haha.
