Fantasy Premier League’s third most-owned player features in the penultimate match of Gameweek 13 this evening.

Jack Grealish (£7.8m) is owned by 43.6% of FPL managers heading into tonight’s clash between Aston Villa and Burnley, with kick-off in the West Midlands at 18:00 GMT.

Grealish is also among the top ten most-captained assets of Gameweek 13, with 182,447 Fantasy bosses handing him the armband.

The Villa talisman is unsurprisingly part of Dean Smith’s starting XI this evening but there are some notable omissions from what has been one of the most settled sides in the division this season.

Smith has made four changes to his line-up, three of which are enforced.

Douglas Luiz (£4.9m) and Matty Cash (£5.0m) are both suspended, with Marvelous Nakamba (£4.3m) and Ahmed Elmohamady (£4.3m) coming into the side to replace them.

Anwar El Ghazi (£5.7m) is recalled for the benched Jacob Ramsey (£4.5m), while Kortney Hause (£4.4m) is in for the ill Ezri Konsa (£4.8m).

Ross Barkley (£5.9m) has failed to recover in time and isn’t even among the substitutes.

The Burnley team news is straightforward, with Sean Dyche sticking with the same XI that started the 1-0 win at Arsenal last Sunday.

The Clarets have kept clean sheets in three of their last four away matches, although did ship five at Manchester City in Gameweek 10.

Nick Pope (£5.4m) has the same points-per-match average as Emiliano Martinez (£4.8m) this season (5.3), with no other regular starting goalkeeper able to beat that mean.

Aston Villa XI: Martinez, Elmohamady, Hause, Mings, Targett, McGinn, Nakamba, Grealish, Traore, Watkins, El Ghazi.

Burnley XI: Pope, Lowton, Tarkowski, Mee, Taylor, Brady, Westwood, Brownhill, McNeil, Wood, Rodriguez.

Grealish will probably blank today and rise another 0.1 this week.

Grealish is clearly the best player on the pitch and has set up a ton of chances already. Why is he nowhere near the BPS while KDB got 2?

Probably cos KDB made 2 big chances towards the end and he always crosses which is +1 BPS even when it doesn't find a target.

Grealish is so weak ......every free kick, penalty and corners he gets bullied out of who is taking them......very frustrating to watch.......still not going to sell tho

Villa should really be upfront. Burnley very lucky. Not good for us Grealish owners, he should be on an assist by now.

Btw I really like how McNeil plays on the counters, and El Ghazi looks really sharp and ready to fire. But I can't stand Traore, his deliveries are so inaccurate and yet he wants to take all set-pieces, annoying.

Watkins making owners lose their heads once again...

    Can see a 2-1 Villa.

Watkins has always been crap. Only 6.0+ options are Bamford, Wilson and Adams.

He makes a movment towards the ball, for me it's intentional. Good positioning, good reaction, unlucky to not score.

They way he complains about everything, but he throws the ball away and the way he pushed Tarkowski down. He gets away with a lot.

That's a matter of opinion. But I suppose I blame the ref more than I blame Grealish. If he's allowed, he will take advantage.

Maybe. But he gets away with a lot.
He even picked up the ball and threw it in the air to prevent Burnley from taking a quick fk.

Ok to do Vardy + Podence + Lamptey to Kane + Soucek + Lewis for -4?

I think Kane is better than Vardy considering the upcoming fixtures. But not sure of the other moves. If they are enablers then OK.

Lamptey will be on my bench for his upcoming fixtures post SHU. Lewis too and he has FUL this GW. So I can easily play him instead of Lamptey this GW. Those 0.3 extra are always handy.

Soucek has better fixtures than Podence. Plus a really good DGW.

People on here giving out about Grealish is laughable. 73 pts in 11 games at 7.8m is great value. On set pieces and pens. Top Quality player. Obvious that he won’t get many pts today due to playing centre mid but still inches away from 1 assist which is 6-9pts for him. But go ahead sell him just more pts for the rest of us

maybe I'm biased as a Villa fan but he's a great FPL pick at the price point - just as likely to score against big teams as weak ones, rotation proof and involved in everything so heavy in BP if involved. Will probably finish the season on over 200 points and not far short of 20 G/A. And most got him for early 7m's

    2 FT with 0.1 ITB:

    Martinez
    James - Lamptey - Coufal
    Salah - KDB - Bruno (C) - Son - Grealish
    Bamford - DCL

    Steer - KWP - Brewster - Mitchell

Might just do Mitchell to 3.9 in order to increase the cash ITB by 0.1..

At the expense of perhaps not being able to get triple Leeds for DGW?

That is one of the most attacking lineups from Ole I've seen. Also Hendo in net is beautiful to see

people trolling Klopp over his win really baffle me, idk how do they compare Bundesliga and PL, I mean Flick has been phenomenal, but I really believe he was handed that huge squad, if he can keep up the consistency for more seasons then yes, I believe it would prove his prowess, but I still think that Klopp getting Pool the PL and the CL under three years is way way a greater feat than a Bayern treble.

    Thoughts??

lol nah the titles already settled before the league even started. Bayern just trolling a bit giving them false hopes. Useless league zero entertainment value.

The other leagues are honestly the most boring things to follow. I get the football is beautiful and there are class players, but it's all pointless. How can people watch a game be invested? I can comfortably predict the title race in Spain, Germany, Italy and France most years. I do think Liverpool winning CL and the Prem is more impressive than Bayern getting a treble, considering Bayern can play their B team most days and win in the Bundesliga
