And it’s live active! Mark Sutherns has hit the ‘Play Wildcard’ button and he’s discussing it with Andy North tonight on the latest live stream for Premium Members of Fantasy Football Scout.

The Wildcard talk dominates but there is plenty of room for other hot topics as Andy and Mark chat about all things Fantasy Premier League (FPL) in the run-up to Saturday’s Gameweek 4 deadline.

Mark, a four-time top 1k finisher, collected 35 points in Gameweek 3 but was unfortunate enough to remove Brennan Johnson (£5.9m) in a four-point hit, just before he bagged nine points at Everton.

‘Sutherns Comfort’ was still without Mohamed Salah (£13.0m) and Gabriel Jesus (£8.2m) last weekend, so Son Heung-min (£11.9m) was handed the captaincy for his blank against Wolves.

How many of his original side have survived the cull?

As well as revealing their Gameweek 4 teams and transfers, Mark and Andy will also answer some questions from those tuning into the stream live.

And if you’ve missed the live broadcast, you can of course still watch the whole thing back from the start.

Only Premium Members of Fantasy Football Scout will be able to watch the video below, so make sure you sign up today to get access to not just this stream but also exclusive YouTube content from Mark throughout the 2022/23 campaign.

FPL Marc Broadcaster, writer and overthinker. Hoping that ‘differential potential’ will catch on.

    Can you please pick one

    A. Gundogan, TAA and Zinchenko

    B. Diaz, Cancelo and Saliba

In both cases there is no other Liverpool player

What would you do here with 2FTS (0.6ITB)?

    Ramsdale Ward
    Trent Robertson Cancelo James NWilliams
    Salah Martinelli Rodrigo Bailey Andreas
    Haaland Jesus Archer

    A. Robertson > Perisic to allow Bailey upgrade
    B. Bailey > 5.5?
    C. Haaland > Kane
    D. Archer > Stansfield

Ramsdale > Sanchez this week & Bailey > 6.5 next GW. Or if Robbo disappoints again use 2FT next GW with more flexibility and info.

Yep with view of ARS defender options: Saliba Gabriel Zinchenko ... BHA fixtures are better than ARS until WC timeframe. This is because you have 2FT and that what I can think of as added value otherwise burning FT ... just my opinion,

    RMT WC 0.1 ITB

    Sanchez Ward
    Cancel James Perisic Trippier Neco
    KDB Zaha Martinelli Rodrido Harrison
    Haaland Jesus Toney

As an LFC fan I can't trust any of their assets to perform. Some underlying numbers are good but I don't feel it matters when the whole team is seriously underperforming and the price points are high in comparison. So off you go Salah, TAA and Robbo. Any ideas how to make the team better?

Newcastle are pretty solid at the back, he will get points for clean cheets too.. That being said, I swapped Trippier out for Walker on my WC(for the fixtures), but kinda wish that I didn't. Trippier has higher ceiling and will play more minutes.

    0.5 ITB, 2FT

    Was thinking one of
    1.a) zinch or b) trippier -> perisic
    2. Bailey -> c) jensen or d) dasilva

Open to all suggestions, dont feel the need to transfer but dont want to waste a FT…

    Sanchez
    Cancelo / Trent / James / Zinchenko / Trippier
    Salah (c) / Martinelli / Diaz
    Haaland / Jesus

    Ward Pereira Bailey Archer

I feel like Trippier and Zinchenko will be less stressful to own than Perisic who will likely get rotated a lot when the champions league and cup competitions start. Could you maybe upgrade Bailey to Aaronson for Leeds' good upcoming fixtures?

        Thanks for your reply

        1) its more short term really, WCing GW8, and think perisic’ momentum will keep him first choice in coming weeks
        2) cant make the aaronson move, got £5.4. Can really get either fodder for the extra 0.4m (which is fine with the strong def), OR one of dasilva, jensen, dewsbury-hall, almiron…

Not ending up in those same positions as last year as much. Would still give it a couple of GWs but would agree that Walker close to matching him in short term allowing you higher ceiling with Perisic. Trouble with Perisic is that he may come on a 1 pointer a few times

Well no Matip, Konate, Jota, Alcantara, Keita or Nunez don't help. No bench to try and change a game

    2. Raiser153
      • 5 Years
      3 years, 6 months ago

We simply have too many injury prone players in midfield who are constantly injured - players like Ox, Keita Jones add very little to the squad and need upgrading. Milner, Hendo & Thiago are are well on the wrong side of 30 & the latter is very injury prone.
All liverpool fans knew we needed to get a couple of CM's and offload a could I've mentioned but we didn't.

With no protection to the CB's through the midfield, we're so open as our full backs push up.

I expect we'll see a new face in the centre by the end of the window but the long term target is Bellingham but that will be next summer

    3. Raiser153
      • 5 Years

Having to play Gomez or Phillips at CB whilst Matip & Konate return from injury is far from ideal either. Neither of them would get in another top 10 squad
