Who would you rather bring in this week with one free transfer:

Deff Mbeumo. Got a feeling that West Ham are going to be a much tougher nut to crack this season and Brightons fixtures going forward start to tighten up

Never watched De Zerbi ball?Brighton attack is fixture proof and they tend to go all guns blazing against any team in the league be it Man city or Arsenal

    Defence is:
    Chillwell, Udogie, Estupinan (Botman, Gabriel)

    Do I...
    A) Use second FT on Pedro to Alvarez. Keep Gabriel on bench and lose 0.1 when he drops.

    B) Use second FT on Gabriel to Gvardiol. Keep Pedro on bench and play 4-5-1.

    C) Do both transfers for -4. Play 3-5-2. Udogie benched for Gvardiol.

    Cheers.

    Turner (Areola)
    Gusto Saliba Chilwell (Kabore Baldock)
    Saka Fernandes Jota Rashford Odegaard
    Jackson Haaland (Mubama)

    1.5m ITB, 1 FT

Thinking about these moves for free:-

    Turner >> Ederson; or
    Gusto >> Ruben D

    Thanks.

A lot of Arsenals attacks still go through him, and we don't know for sure that he is off penalties completely. I am keeping him.

Man Utd doing pre-medical on Altay Bayindir in Greece ahead of possible €5m move for Fenerbahce GK. MUFC want to asses back issue before opting to sign 25yo or other. Also depends on Dean Henderson exit; CPFC most likely as thing stand @TheAthleticFC

Definitely not their xG is still good and they're playing Nottingham forest at home what's there to think about? Fpl is not taking out players who have blanked it's about targeting players who have potential to return and they both certainly have especially the next game. There's a reason you put them in don't kneejerk

That's irrelevant - but if you're really concerned about me my team and history are linked. I think (and it's a game of opinions) that Foden will score more than Rashford in the next 2 gameweeks, hence my transfer

Did you not notice how well Forest contained Arsenal? They are no pushovers, unlike, I dunno, pick a team at random .... Sheffield United? I wonder who gets to put them to the sword this GW with Fulham at home the next while United are away to Arsenal. But yeh of course, thinking two steps ahead is "not playing the game very well".

I think the opposite. If you're keeping BOTH Bruno and Rashford this week, it's you that isn't playing the game well.

Part of being good at FPL is identifying when you were wrong about certain players/teams. I think starting with two United was a good choice based on their first two games. But what we've seen since then should have changed your opinion imo. You are using 2 of your midfield slots on a team that have looked sluggish and lack fluency.

A large part of your budget would be to back a team that are off-form and in the process you would be overlooking players like Mbeumo and Foden who have superior fixtures and form.

I think keeping one United (Bruno specifically) is completely reasonable and a good decision but both is a mistake imo. You are at the mercy of another poor United performance and furthermore, Forest defensively have appeared to be decent in their first two games. Arsenal created very little at home against them. I don't think it's unthinkable that Forest emerge from the game with a clean sheet. If United were playing against Everton or Fulham I think it might be a bit different.

Alvarez is likely nailed for the time being and plays much longer mins than Wissa, I think that’s well worth it, plus City’s fixtures are golden. Brentford’s not bad either but would favour the much more attacking team.

On Wildcard. Saka or Odegaard? Or both and no Foden? I will remove Foden or the second Arsenal mid in GW4 for Salah anyways.

Is a back line of Estupinan Chilwell Gusto Udogie and Kabore strong enough?

Could move Gabriel on for Gvardiol but want to get rid of J Pedro
