Bearing in mind I have Trent and Porro in my defence, and no other fit defenders aside from Saliba, would you rather do:

    A. Trent, Palmer > Gabriel, KDB (-4)

    B. Trent > Ake (and start Palmer against City)

“Mo is back in full training, that brings him automatically in contention.” – Jurgen Klopp

That might stir it up a bit more ...

2 great fixtures. Off the bench at Brentford and starting against Luton Town??

    what's not to like ...

    Other than the £13m question.

I think it's too much of a risk not having him. That's why I have just gone to -12 points to make another two transfers on top of the two i'd already made... Hopefully it pays off.

I'm thinking about a -4 for Bradley after hearing he's available. Trent's out for at least the next game. What do we think? Will he play? Good but risky upside move or not worth it. I only have between 5 and 5.4M after these moves so can't afford Virgil.

It would need to be for (A) Pau, (B) Estupinan or (C) Mitchell, who all have good home fixtures in week 26 but a risk of not playing or playing for a team in poor form.

I already have Jota Nunez and 3 City. Worth doing or not?

Lose (A) Pau, (B) Estupinan or (C) Mitchell or (D) leave it as it is.

      Bradley could play both games.

I don't know why everyone is adamant he's not.

He's young and capable of playing Saturday lunchtime and Wednesday night but everyone has decided he ain't.

Even if it's 75 mins and 35 mins that could be great.

Foden is the best he's ever been but KDB has also been brilliant since his return. Could be a player move though if it works as Salah's ownership is likely to rocket in a week so if he plays you are getting him as a differential of sorts. Good Luck if you do.

      Probably...

Do you mean to bring Salah in this week?

With Luton at home and Forest away it's tempting.

But there's also Chelsea and Southampton in cup games so it's hard to say what happens.

I'd do KDB to Salah when you switch it and that's possibly around gw27 depending on how you manage gw29.

Yes, this week, though a) I'm starting to question the idea of bringing him immediately 🙂 and b) I have TAA and Porro with no cover so I think that forces my hand to ignore him this week!

Help me clear this up regardring price changes:

Trent: purchase price 8.3m, selling price 8.4m, current price 8.6m
Porro: purchase price 5.5m, selling price 5.6m, current price 5.8m
Palmer: purchase price 5.4m, selling price 5.6m, current price 5.9m

Surely this means, that I will not be affected by price drops tonight, right?

Well Konsa and Carlos are injured, so I'd say the back four pretty much picks itself now (Cash, Pau, Lenglet, Moreno/Digne)

    4. Scapegoat Salah

I've got Moreno and Senesi and I prefer the latter for his goal threat and he's nailed on.

Moreno could be good for assists but predicted line ups had Digne back in his spot so there's some uncertainty there.

      For me yes.

Trying to get Salah in for this GW will require multiple hits (for most teams) plus then having to potentially take more hits to field 11 next week seems like a huge risk for a player just back from injury.

My plan has and always will be to bring Salah back on wc 30/31.

With regards to the whole Palmer situation, i feel that if you plan to play 343 up until GW30/31 then having Palmer generally will cause benching headaches.

If your 352 up until GW30/31 then i would keep him as he is a great enabler to bring Salah into your 5 man midfield moving forwards.

      1. tommo-uk-

By selling Palmer it allows me to bring in KDB this week for the double and also would have 11 players next week without a transfer.

Moving forwards it means i dont have to have 1 of these guys on the bench every week and hoping that i make the right decision every week. Palmer/Jota/Gordon.

Then i bring him back in GW30 for an extra 0.3m.

Depends on your bench but the hit pays off but the extra transfers later to get them back might not

defence is looking a bit ropey

    Gabriel (bur) - all good

    Estup (shu) will he start?
    Porro (WOL) out injured
    Zinch (bur) injured?
Taylor (ARS) injured + bad fixture

    1ft 1.2itb
    a) Porro > VVD (no impact on 26 plans as can get 11 with 1 move, but one less for 29)
    b) Zinch > Reguilon (less appealing double but extra player for 29 and 1 sub for 26)

Think Estupiñan will be ok this week. Zinchenko must a right pain to own. Probably A in your case

Does Solanke > Darwin and back again in 26 repay the -4 and extra transfer?

I'm having a similar thought but about Watkins > Darwin. It doesn't seem right for some reason. Every time I've had Darwin in my team this season he has done nothing
