Sounds like anti-fpl. I think there’s a community with rules and all for it. Look it up, sounds kinda fun.

You can set up some fun rules for yourself like pick only one player for each team, only low-owned players (below 5/10% or so), random captain, 3 defenders from one team all season and so on, that can spice things up. Not sure I would call your idea fun.
