I have Robinson and don't expect to sell Andersen. I'd be more concerned with attacking players rising in price than about my 4th defender falling - Andersen is still a good pick.

ESR is a good move. This is just personal preference but upgrading Winks spreads your funds out too thinly. So I'd swap out Garnacho instead. That gives you 2.0 to play with to upgrade not just Solanke but your defence too e.g. get in Raya etc.

Overall, it's not a good pick. I actually looked into it a fair bit before the season because ultimately he did score 14 goals last season. At 7.5 though he's just 0.5 or maybe even 1m too expensive. He's got decent fixtures coming up but it'd be a wild punt and a risk

Well GW4 is after IB and the end of the transfer window so will have more info to plan long term. If you want to WC into a Haaland/Salah team with them going up in price then sure play it now

I don't think anyone should play a wildcard right now. You likely either have a Salah team or a Haaland team and the season has barely started to wildcard into other. We're still figuring out the good mid-priced options at each position too.

This gets repeated a lot but it really is a marathon, not a sprint

I've actually pulled the trigger. I want haaland and Salah and thankfully this year there are lots of enablers, I've decided to go down that path. If you know how you want to structure your squad ( ie either big guns with enablers or a single big gun and spread the funds) then go for it. If you are still undecided best to hold and see how you feel once you have more info.

I think 4 and 6 are going to be the “optimal” weeks to do it if played early, based on a few fixture swings

This move wouldn't make sense. Rogers looked unreal today but there is no guarantee that translates into points. I'd look at other options for time being until we see reliable output from Rogers. Reason it wouldn't make sense though is who are your 4th/5th midfielders? Because Bruno is one of your most expensive players so you'll like want another "big-hitter" instead

I normally use Stats but of course never 100% accurate at the start of the season, so could be tonight or tomorrow which counts as next GW as per Hub
