    B. Bruno to Kluivert, Wood to Gakpo, AM Moyes

    4FTs 0.3ITB

    Verbruggen
    TAA Gabriel Hall
    Salah Palmer Amad Rogers
    Isak Gakpo Wood

    Fabianski; Bruno Castagne THB

    Do I?

A - Stick with original plan - Verbruggen & Bruno -> Pickford & Mbeumo and TC Salah
    B - Something else

A, although you could AM Moyes instead of TC Salah. They're your best options

        1 year, 2 months ago

Thank you! I did think about that but I aould have to make an additional transfer somewhere to create enough money for Moyes and I can’t decide where… potentially Wood to Wissa.

        1. Egg noodle
          • 16 Years
          1 year, 2 months ago

I reckon you would be doing Wood to Wissa in the near future anyway. So if you are generally someone that takes hits, might as well take it now if you think there's enough upside.

Wood to Wissa can easily pay off. And so can Moyes AM.
-4 for 2 things which can both easily pay off sounds reasonable to me

That’d be my next conundrum and is my next post a few below. Probably one of Amad, Roger’s or Wood but no idea which one.

Tbf I’m only doing Bruno to Mbeumo because I want rid of Bruno, I will want to do it eventually and I need the extra cash for Pickford.

    4. Cesc Pistols
      • 12 Years
      1 year, 2 months ago

      B) Bruno + Gakpo ➡ Mbeumo + Ndiaye + Slot

I see why most people already tripled on Pool are going for Moyes, but, with 4 FTs, you're in a privileged position.

Slot's ceiling is insanely high with these potential two doubles, plus 100% guaranteed minutes -- as opposed to any other players, who could be rested or get injured.

Hi guys, I’m in such dilemma.

Transferred in TAA earlier this week or I’d miss by 0.1. So I have 3 Lpool already and took -4 for it.
Now with latest news, wish I didn’t. Would you:

1- Still go for Salah TC
2- AM chip but can’t do Slot and 0.0 in bank so Gordon to Kluivert for another -4 and Moyes ?
    3- Neither.

    Thanks!

I just used it to analyse the impact of playing AM in GW24 (with probability expectations of GW25 doubles) vs the impact of playing it in GW25 (with known GW25 doubles).

Playing AM in GW25 came out on top and that was even before considering triple captain

Few alternative TC opportunities beyond GW30:

If Liverpool progress to FAC SF and blank in 34, the fixture could move to free midweek spot in 33/36.

    Salah TC:
    33: lei (A) & TOT (H)
    36: ARS (H) & TOT (H)

If Newcastle progress to EFL cup final, they will blank in 29 and the fixture could move to free midweek in 33/36.

    Isak TC:
    33: avl (a) & CPL(H)
    36: CHE (H) & CPL (H)

If Man City progress to FAC SF and blank in 34, the fixture could move to free midweek spot in 33/36.

    Haaland TC:
    33: eve (A) & AVL (H)
    36: sou (A) & AVL (H)

what you said below, we are just going Moyes because 2 games, then get another manager for the next double. One seems like a probable win, the other is the final derby at Goodison.

        Last 7 homes games vs Liverpool, Moyes would have got: 20, 10, 1, 10, 10, 10, 10. Bro doesn’t know ball

Yeah, we all know history is a perfect predictor of the future! Good luck.

I’m guessing no one here can predict the future.

Of course, but this guy made a comment about a future decision based on history, which is a notoriously bad angle in my experience (irrespective of his tone)

True although it’s worth considering no?

Since 2014 something like 40% of their games (22) ended in draws. 10% Everton won and 50% Liverpool won.

So based on history it’s about a coin flip that Everton gets points - which given there’s 2 games in the week - it’s not a terribke option.

Yeah i agree to an extent, history does sometimes repeat. It was the smugness of his comment that riled me more than anything though!

It's both infuriating & hilarious that I've gone & trebled up on Liverpool & Everton and in doing so completely shot myself in the foot before a ball is kicked.

    What was I thinking 😆

I think AM is going to absolutely kill me this week

No no. You should use am on a team you won't have 3 players from

That’s the only way one can use the AM 😎

    Verbruggen Fabianski
    TAA Gabriel Hall Robinson Greaves
    Salah Palmer Mbeumo Bruno Rogers
    Isak Wood Pedro
    5FT 0.4ITB

Sorry reposting again but dunno what to do

    Thinking either

    A) Wood -> Ndiaye, Slot AM

    B) Verbruggen, Bruno, Pedro -> Pickford, Kluivert, Ndiaye, Slot AM
