See a lot of Cucurella in FH drafts. Had him starting GW 31 and 32 vs Brentford and Ipswicj respectively. A total of 2 points.

Please rate my first FH draft:

    Kepa
    TAA Trippier RAN
    Salah[c] Palmer Murphy Kluivert
    Isak[vc] Cunha Wood

    Sanchez MGW Robinson Toti

    leaves 0.2m itb

    Thanks!

Looks good, will be on fairly similar.

Think i'm gonna do Sessegnon (fitness pending) over Kluivert due to the attacking threat + clean sheet potential,

Then maybe Pope in net and a different defender over Trippier, but Trippier decent attacking upside so not 100% sure here.

Good point, I could do the same but with Robinson. Do not want to miss a Kluivert haul.

I'll be honest, it was mainly to use up the funds! Who would you have instead?

I could swap him to Barnes but would prefer a Newc def/gk.

Diaz in my team right now

Assuming all fit and set to start, would you switch any of Sess/RAN/TAA to Newcastle def? If not, would you go Pope as GK?

    1. Atimis
      • 9 Years
      1 year, 1 month ago

Also, could be a case of Newcastle def/GK vs second mid?

    2. Bubbles1985
      • 9 Years

I have Trippier over Sess, but if not I would have Pope in goal.

    3. Punned It

Schär and Pope here. I'm gambling Schär is fine, I'm pegging him as more liable to score than Trip. Also no Isak, but Barnes.

      If the expected teams win:
      Avl, Tot, Mcy, Bou.

I really hope the doubles fall in 36 as a FH'er.

I can go for a very differential team like:

      Martinez
      Gvardiol Milenkovic Kerkez
      KdB Mbeumo Rogers Rashford Kluivert
      Haaland* Wood

Only have 9 players would you take a -8 to get 10… Either Saliba to Trent or Rogers to Diaz

One extra player is -4 (or -2 for only showing up). So yes I would!

You have to weigh the value of the player you're selling in future weeks as well. If the player you're selling isn't going to be great for you later, selling is just a good move overall for a hit.

I would be aggressive here rather than passive because of the fact selling a blanker is a guaranteed 0. So unless you feel the player you'd be removing has value and would be worth owning in later weeks, selling for a proactive hit is a good move.

Chasing in a ML by 30, he has no FH.

He currently has 7 available with 2FT:
Pope, Kerkez, VVD, Salah, Murphy, Bowen & Isak.

    Thoughts on my FH team:
    Pope
    Trent AitNouri Cucurella
    Salah Diaz Palmer Barnes
    Isak Cunha StandLarsen

Bench - Sels Elanga Milenkovic Robinson

    Need more differentials?

Not for 30 points, take 10/15 out of him here and it's a coin flip.

I am chasing 82 points in my ML...

He has used all bonus chips. I still have FH for this GW and then TC left to play.

Is it a lost cause or do I stand a chance?!

Look at it this way: You're running a 5 km race. You both have been given energy boosting drinks, which he's used all of, but you still have some left. BUT... he's 500 metres ahead of you with only 1 km left to go. How much chance do you think you stand?

I am a quick 5k runner. So I would win.

        But in terms of FPL...

Very little chance tbh. 82 points is a lot.

I think I know that, deep down.

Unless he goes completely rogue and takes a few hits whilst I land a 87 point TC. 😀

    How’s this FH team
    Alison,
    Virgil, Schar, Ait-Nouri
    Salah, Mbeumo, Murphy, Bowen
    Cunha, Isak, Muniz
    Sels, Fernandes, Robinson, Murillo

    1. Filthylutra

Looks good if Muniz is fit. Might go Diaz or Barnes over Mbeuno. Having watched most of Forest's home games this season we rarely concede or give away a penalty.

'In the last six matches, Ait-Nouri and Alexander-Arnold are joint-second and first respectively for most shots among defenders'

Trent hasn't been playing so there's a difference between 'the last six matches' and 'the player's list six matches'.

I'm assuming this is just to be earlier in the same gw in case they qualify for EL final, but ....Spurs statement:

We should like to inform supporters that we are in discussions with the Premier League regarding a change in date to our away match against Aston Villa, currently scheduled for Sunday 18 May.

Further information surrounding this fixture will be announced in due course.
