You'll want Giroud for the DGW anyway so why not.
Definitely want Giroud, and Kane is the only way to get in one move. The question is, has Kane gone off the boil enough to ditch. Everyone else at Spurs has. Kane is slightly different, but he's looking more expendable.
In a straight choice between the too, Giroud is undoubtedly the better option given his superior fixtures, Arsenal V Spurs' form, plus the looming DGW.

That is the quandary. If Kane scores, it's a big hit. I put my team below, because it's not simply about Kane, it's also about Vardy, as was yours. If Vardy is healthy, I think he is good to keep. Spurs are uninspiring now. And the big ownership can swing both ways. Sometimes great not to be on the sinking ship. Or you get f'd.

Not getting Kane until GW32 is my biggest screw up in 6 years of FPL.

I know the feels.... Dropped him on winter wildcard when I was 1 k. Dropped to 20 before recovering now for hopefully 2-3 after OR update. Could have been well within top k
I had him then sold him after the Palace game right before he went on his golden streak. Last year I blamed my awful finish (110k) on not getting Toure or Ramsey
Selling him in January was my worst. Comfortably inside the top 10k and then dropped to 50k. Bought and sold him again, and the second time has brought me back up to 18k.
Better late than never is my mantra.
Already sold him with my recent WC, though.oops, just checked, I had him for 1 GW (2 pts) before selling him on Jan WC. He had 3 tough GWs to follow and I wisely dumped him and he got 65, 35, 87 points in those 3 weeks I think.

I'm downgrading Clyne to 4.6 max defender in 37 to free up funds to do Kane -> Giroud. Ivan, PvA, Bellerin will be my backline in 37 with Bertrand lurking.
In 38, Ivan (SUN), Bellerin (WBA) are nailed on starters. Bertrand (mci) and PvA (che) will be benched due to their fixtures. Hence why I want a good GW38 fixture 😀No I mean I get that, but which player you will get in that price bracket is not a decision you need to make today. Just wait until later to see which 4.6 defender looks best when you need to make the move. Things will undoubtedly change between now and then.

As long as they beat most defenders/GKs that GW then they have done their job. I have both & may triple up on Arsenal attack. The aim is to get the most points for the GW & if Pants/PVA are casualties in the Arsenal game then so be it. Fighting for survival is likely to see a closer match then normal.
I'm tempted to do Terry or Ivan to Kosc as my 3rd Arsenal.
