Hey guys, already swapped two players, but still thinking of WC. Bad start and the fact I never finished last season after appalling run I rather use WC early than not at all 🙂

Don't do it pal..I been thinking about it after 43 points in 2 gw..if others can get a massive lead in 2 weeks then they can't have the players you currently have..so if they finally hit form chances are the people above will not have them..dunno if that makes sense..

Last season was just too much, working hard, reading, watching games but still every choice is a wrong one. Looking teams in your mini league crushing you while there teams are *** You need some fun playing the game, procrastination over a whole season was too much 🙂I'm same pal..some casual captained kompany last game and went 64 above me..my captain goes off with cramp on 60 mins..2 of my players hit post and to round it off that reduculous bentekke goal is allowed when everyone bar me has him.they all captain him too..so it not just you..I feel like quitting too after all time I spent on it...but I look it at it at moment as these people will not be in the top half end of season and one good game week can bring the happyness back. If you wildcard now you will have same players as the ones that have done well so far and are above you..so you not gaining anything on them

Can you add something to midfield in your WC team? Because now, if you intend to play 343, every GW you have to choose 2 out 3 of Pay, Mahrez, Coq. With Payet en Mahrez from the 'smaller' teams and Coq with no attacking return.
(If you intend to play 433, your defence could use an upgrade).
So, for the 343:
Kompany -> 5,5: Clyne?
Payet --> Chadli
Mahrez --> 6,5: Cabaye?
Then, your WC is early but I agree that keeping up is better than faling behind and start catching up. Is there something you can do with a few -4's?

Looks pretty good. Maybe downgrade courtois to butland, upgrade vardy or ward to kolarov or Williams

Looks good. Personally I'd pass on Wardiho, good threat but CRY concede too much. I'd also pass on Courtois and go for a 5.0er and then have .5 to upgrade Ward. Maybe Fab, Romero or Migs

I intend to play 3 5 2 most weeks, Hence Kone is a bench warmer surely.
Azpilicueta, Shaw are certain starters.
Kolarov has been explosive, no way pellegrini will drop him.
Gomez has had a great pre-season & has looked decent in the starting 2 fixtures.
Targett is there as a filler, since he's only 4.0m.
Am I missing anthing ?
Every thing about kolarov not being dropped screams the Walcott situation. Why people think he won't be duped when history tells us he and clichy will share game time almost equally I just can't get my head around.
Don't give me the "look at his performances" as he has often plaued well in the past and been dropped and also we have not seen what clichy performance would be like with all the space sterling is creating for the curry lb this season.
+1 coming from a serial Kolarov owner in the past. I've gone Kompany this time.
Makes sense to me if you want a city def but until we know more kolarov is not an option and certainly not on a wc when you are already trying to fix these kind of mistakes made when picking your original team.

If Kevin de Bruyne signs for City, who will this impact in the City lineup, does he play on the right and therefore Navas/ Nasri would be out, or is he on the left and would challenge Sterling for the stating spot?
I think he's mostly used as a central attacking midfielder in Wolfsburg, but can also play on on the left and on the right side.

Sterling is more nailed on than Navas and Nasri, I think. But if Sterling's form doesn't pick up and Navas or Nasri do well, then KdB could replace Sterling.
He's more a number 10, so he and Silva could be jostling for that spot, with the other heading to the left wing.

I am keen on B/D at the moment. WC is def an option but i had 2FTs this week, have used up 1. on paper i dont think my team is that bad, just very off form (the most imp part of fpl). have had 2 torrid weeks, so just need 1 decent week and i will be a lot more confident about my team. the biggest advantage of the WC would be to avoid all these price drops.
