The time comes when every Fantasy Football manager has to react quickly to douse some fires in their squad. The problem is, my team is currently a blazing inferno, without a disco in sight.

At least that’s Granville’s opinion. Buoyed from seeing his canny capture of Anthony Martial deliver a brace at St Mary’s, my cocky co-host is quick to dish out a whipping to my ailing lineup.

We discuss the merits of United’s new teenage sensation as part of another round of community questions, served up once again by Jonty. The three of us also ponder the Chelsea revival, David Silva’s fragile ankles and just how our Fantasy Football managerial styles translate to the dog world: a crunch question that’s been brewing unanswered for many episodes.

    us silva owners deserve some respite. from that opening game "yaya goal" to mysterious minor injuries during which he can still play CL, if he is out tomorrow that is a harsh blow.

    Demi, I noticed some of what you wrote earlier this week about Martial and your reluctance to get him in. Had the same feeling as you then, and have been holding onto Lukaku for that reason. I know Lukaku isn't exactly setting the world ablaze right now, but I actually kind of like his fixture, and the Martial transfer still feels a bit knee-jerky. Have you changed your view, or do you agree?

      I agree that it feels kneejerky, but got him in anyway more for the price rises and his potential to get a big haul this week. Thinking short-term, and probably gonna sell afterwards, though others may not have that luxury. Having a care-free attitude to hits this season, but wouldn't recommend him to others so easily.
