Team Performance Indicator is a weekly article analysing the form of teams in the Premier League and their stats from all league games. The statistics used to measure the form of the teams is taken from the last six Gameweeks. Fantasy managers can use the data found in the tables, alongside the season ticker, to pick out the teams who face the best fixtures ahead.

The best and worst performing teams in each column of data are coloured green to red. These three tables look in detail at attack, defence and finally how they match up in Gameweek 12.

KEY: GS = Goals Scored, FTS = Failed To Score, GC = Goals Conceded, CS = Clean Sheet.

Thanks for this. The colour coding makes it nice and simple to see form. Interesting that this week only one very strong attack faces a poor defence, which points to Man City assets being good captaincy picks.

I was thinking the same, even prior to sarjent's article.would you captain kdb or take a punt on bony?

KDB or Vardy?? For me I have Mata too but don't trust Uniteds goalscoring abilities

    Thanks Sarj!

Hopefully the NLD shows the best of what can happen with two strong teams against each other rather than what happened in the Manchester snoozefest.

Manchester Derby would've been totally different If Aguero and Silva were there. Imagine NLD Derby without Sanchez and Ozil

Good article! I brought Bony in last GW for a hit & captained him. Perhaps he can redeem himself to me this week if I captain him again?

Does this mean I can eat as much of the Leicester attack as I want without putting on any weight?

    Hi,
Would you captain Vardy vs WAT or KdB vs avl?

I'm asking the same question but Mahrez v KDB. Leaning towards Mahrez at the moment.

Great article, unsurprising to see Leicester 'very strong' for attack. What do you use to decide the ratings?

It's based on how many times the clubs are top or bottom for each category.

Chelsea attack strong in the article. I would only give an 'ok' at its best!

They've only failed to score once all season, so they're labelled as strong. I wouldn't want to play my defender against them.

If you broke the stat's down into home & away form some of the colours would change significantly.
Two notable examples are Stoke's home defensive form and Watford's away attacking form.

Yes, good point and major flaw to the system, Watford one clean sheet away from home all season doesn't represent strong away defensive resolve.

Watford's 6 goals conceded in 5 away games tells a different story.

        Mahrez/Vardy for captain this week.

Another is Man City's away attacking form.

Looking at the info there is also a good argument for bringing in an attacking Saints player if you're no talready stocked in that department.

Especially with Sunderland conceding 6 at the weekend.

KDB for Captain again then or take a hit for Pelle > Bony and captain him.

Prawind I have similar attack with Vardy instead of ighalo and have benched Pelle because on M.O.D they put up a stat saying 16 of 19 of Pelle last goals have been scored at home.
He is facing a poor Performing Sunderland though!

Awesome stuff Sarj!! Love it!...Do you know (based on previous game week data) the result of a match between:

    A) Strong Defense Vs Very Strong Attack

    B) Very Strong Defense Vs Strong Attack

What do you reckon the chances are that Phil Jones starts against West Brom? Played 90 mins of the 2 games he's been fit for this year but long term do you think he has a future in the United back 4?
