With players jettisoned all over the globe during the international break, we’ve broken down the activity of all the key assets over the past 10 days. With domestic duties recommencing on Saturday, players who have featured on the other side of the world, particularly on either Tuesday night or the early hours of Wednesday morning, could well arrive back on our shores late and slightly fatigued, which is certainly something worth taking into consideration as we plan for Gameweek 13.

ARSENAL

Arsene Wenger will be looking to assess Alexis Sanchez ahead of the trip to West Brom on Saturday – the Chilean played two gruelling matches in South America and recovered from a calf complaint to play against Uruguay last night. Joel Campbell could be another concern as he’ll also arrive back late after his exertions with Costa Rica. On a brighter note, Mesut Ozil should be fresh after not being involved for Germany.

Petr Cech – Czech Republic (13/11 (h) v Serbia in Ostrava and 17/11 (a) v Poland in Wroclaw) – Was an unused substitute against Serbia, but played the full 90 minutes in the 3-1 defeat to Poland.
David Ospina – Colombia (12/11 (a) v Chile in Santiago and 17/11 (h) v Argentina in Barranquilla) – Played all 180 minutes.
Calum Chambers – England U21s (12/11 (a) v Bosnia-Herzegovina in Sarajevo and 16/11 (h) v Switzerland in Brighton) – Played all 180 minutes.
Kieran Gibbs – England (13/11 (a) v Spain in Alicante and 17/11 (h) v France in London) – Played the full 90 minutes in the 2-0 win against France.
Laurent Koscielny and Olivier Giroud – France (13/11 (h) v Germany in Paris and 17/11 (a) v England in London) – Koscielny played all 180 minutes. Giroud played 68 minutes against Germany, and got on the scoresheet in the 2-0 win. Came on as a substitute against England, playing 33 minutes.
Santi Cazorla – Spain (13/11 (h) v England in Alicante) – Played 63 minutes as a substitute, and scored the second goal in the 2-0 victory.
Joel Campbell – Costa Rica (14/11 (h) v Haiti in San Jose and 18/11 (a) v Panama in Panama City) – Played 73 minutes against Haiti, and the full match against Panama.
Alexis Sanchez – Chile (12/11 (h) v Colombia in Santiago and 17/11 (a) v Uruguay in Montevideo) – Played all 180 minutes.

ASTON VILLA

New Villa boss Remi Garde was dealt a huge blow with the news of Jordan Amavi’s season-ending knee injury. The left-back was recalled in the Frenchman’s first match in charge against Man City, and was expected to be a key part of the side. Kieran Richardson or Leandro Bacuna look the leading contenders to take his spot, though the likes of Alan Hutton, Joleon Lescott and Ciaran Clark are also versatile enough to cover. Jordan Ayew remains in good form, though along with Idriss Gueye, faces a long-haul flight back home after playing 180 minutes for his country. Rudy Gestede is doubtful after picking up a knee injury playing for Benin, whilst Carlos Sanchez should be fairly fresh for the trip to Goodison Park on Saturday after earning limited minutes for Colombia.

Brad Guzan – USA (13/11 (h) v St. Vincent and the Grenadines in St. Louis and 17/11 (a) v Trinidad and Tobago in Port of Spain) – Limited to just 90 minutes in the 6-1 win against St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Jordan Amavi – France U21s (12/11 (h) v Northern Ireland in Guingamp and 15/11 (a) v Macedonia in Skopje) – Picked up a cruciate knee injury against Northern Ireland, and has been ruled out for the rest of the season.
Carlos Sanchez – Colombia (12/11 (a) v Chile in Santiago and 17/11 (h) v Argentina in Barranquilla) – Was replaced after 56 minutes in the first match, and was suspended for the encounter against Argentina.
Idrissa Gueye – Senegal (13/11 (a) v Madagascar in Antananarivo and 17/11 (h) v Madagascar in Dakar) – 180 minutes.
Jordan Ayew – Ghana (13/11 (a) v Comoros in Mitsamiouli and 17/11 (h) v Comoros in Kumasi) – Played all 180 minutes, and continued his recent good form with a goal in the 2-0 win on Tuesday.
Rudy Gestede – Benin (12/11 (h) v Burkina Faso) – Forced off with a knee injury at half-time in Benin’s 2-1 win over Burkina Faso. Flew home and therefore missed the 17/11 return leg.

BOURNEMOUTH

Eddie Howe’s men are the side least affected by international call-ups, with only his two goalkeepers and Tokelo Rantie taking to the pitch over the past 10 days. Harry Arter was an unused substitute as Republic of Ireland booked their place in Euro 2016.

Artur Boruc – Poland (13/11 (h) v Iceland in Warsaw and 17/11 (h) v Czech Republic in Wroclaw) – Played the full match against Czech Republic.
Adam Federici – Australia (12/11 (h) v Kyrgyzstan in Canberra and 17/11 (a) v Bangladesh in Dhaka) – Played all 180 minutes.
Tokelo Rantie – South Africa (13/11 (a) v Angola in Benguela and 17/11 (h) v Angola in Durban) – Played all 180 minutes, and scored in the 3-1 victory last Friday.

CHELSEA

Oscar and Willian will have to be monitored as they’ll arrive back late from South America. Branislav Ivanovic should be in contention to return against Norwich on Saturday after featuring for Serbia against Czech Republic. Eden Hazard is likely to be available – he stepped up his recovery from illness and returned to training ahead of Belgium’s clash against Spain before the match was postponed.

Asmir Begovic – Bosnia-Herzegovina (13/11 (h) v Republic of Ireland in Zenica and 16/11 (a) v Republic of Ireland in Dublin) – Played all 180 minutes as Bosnia failed to qualify for Euro 2016.
Baba Rahman – Ghana (13/11 (a) v Comoros in Mitsamiouli and 17/11 (h) v Comoros in Kumasi) – Played all 180 minutes.
Gary Cahill – England (13/11 (a) v Spain in Alicante and 17/11 (h) v France in London) – Played six minutes as a substitute against Spain, and the full 90 minutes against France.
Branislav Ivanovic and Nemanja Matic – Serbia (13/11 (a) v Czech Republic in Ostrava) – Ivanovic played the full 90 minutes, while Matic played 82 minutes before being substituted.
Cesar Azpilicueta, Cesc Fabregas, Pedro and Diego Costa – Spain (13/11 (h) v England in Alicante) – Fabregas played the full 90 minutes in the 2-0 win, and provided the assist for the opening goal. Diego Costa played 64 minutes, while Azpilicueta and Pedro both came on as substitutes, playing for eight and 16 minutes respectively.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek – England U21s (12/11 (a) v Bosnia-Herzegovina in Sarajevo and 16/11 (h) v Switzerland in Brighton) – Played 85 minutes in the first match and 75 minutes against the Swiss.
John Obi Mikel – Nigeria (13/11 (a) v Swaziland in Lobamba and 17/11 (h) v Swaziland in Port Harcourt) – Only played 71 minutes in the first match.
Oscar and Willian – Brazil (14/11 (a) v Argentina in Buenos Aires and 18/11 (h) v Peru in Salvador) – Oscar only played five minutes as a substitute in the second match. Willian started both matches, playing 89 minutes against Argentina and 85 minutes against Peru, and continued his good form with an assist in the 3-0 victory over Peru.
Eden Hazard – Belgium (13/11 (h) v Italy in Brussels) – Played 90 minutes in the 3-1 win.

CRYSTAL PALACE

Alan Pardew will be delighted to see Joe Ledley, Mile Jedinak, Bakary Sako and Yannick Bolasie in amongst the goals, though the latter three face long-haul flights back home. Pape Souare should be fresh after not being used by Senegal.

Wayne Hennessey and Joe Ledley – Wales (13/11 (h) v Holland in Cardiff) – Hennessey was substituted after 74 minutes, while Ledley was replaced after 56 minutes. Ledley got on the scoresheet for the Welsh, tapping in after Joe Allen’s penalty was saved.
Adrian Mariappa – Jamaica (14/11 (h) v Panama in Kingston and 18/11 (a) v Haiti in Port-au-Prince) – 180 minutes.
Mile Jedinak – Australia (12/11 (h) v Kyrgyzstan in Canberra and 17/11 (a) v Bangladesh in Dhaka) – Played all 180 minutes, and scored a goal in both matches.
Yohan Cabaye – France (13/11 (h) v Germany in Paris and 17/11 (a) v England in London) – Played four minutes off the bench against Germany, and 57 minutes as a starter against England.
Bakary Sako – Mali (14/11 (a) v Botswana in Francistown and 17/11 (h) v Botswana in Bamako) – Played all 180 minutes, and found the back of the net in the 2-0 win on Tuesday night.
Yannick Bolasie – DR Congo (12/11 (a) v Burundi in Bujumbura and 15/11 (h) v Burundi in Kinshasa) – Played all 180 minutes, and scored in both matches.
Chung-Yong Lee – South Korea (12/11 (h) v Myanmar in Suwon and 17/11 (a) v Laos in Vientiane) – Played 28 minutes as a second-half sub in second match.

EVERTON

Muhamed Besic is available again for the home clash against Aston Villa after playing for Bosnia-Herzegovina following his hamstring injury. Ramiro Funes Mori could be slightly fatigued after playing two matches in South America, whilst Gerard Deulofeu continued his rich vein of form by scoring five times in two outings for Spain U21s.

Tim Howard – USA (13/11 (h) v St. Vincent and the Grenadines in St. Louis and 17/11 (a) v Trinidad and Tobago in Port of Spain) – Only played the full 90 minutes against Trinidad and Tobago
Ramiro Funes Mori – Argentina (14/11 (h) v Brazil in Buenos Aires and 17/11 (a) v Colombia in Barranquilla) – Played all 180 minutes.
Seamus Coleman, James McCarthy and Aiden McGeady – Republic of Ireland (13/11 (a) v Bosnia-Herzegovina in Zenica and 16/11 (h) v Bosnia-Herzegovina in Dublin) – Coleman and McCarthy played all 180 minutes as Republic of Ireland booked their place in Euro 2016 with a 3-1 aggregate victory. McGeady only played four minutes as a substitute in the first leg.
John Stones and Ross Barkley – England (13/11 (a) v Spain in Alicante and 17/11 (h) v France in London) – Stones only featured against France, playing the full 90 minutes. Barkley played 73 minutes in the 2-0 defeat to Spain, and 79 minutes against France.

Kevin Mirallas and Romelu Lukaku – Belgium (13/11 (h) v Italy in Brussels) – Mirallas played three minutes as a substitute, while Lukaku started for the Belgians, playing 63 minutes.

LEICESTER

Claudio Ranieri’s main concern is the fitness of Jamie Vardy, who withdrew from England duties due to a hip problem. The Foxes manager will have to check on a few players who will arrive back to England fairly late, such as Wes Morgan, Jeffrey Schlupp, Riyad Mahrez and Shinji Okazaki. Mahrez will still be full of confidence on his return, though, following a strong performance against Tanzania on Tuesday.

Kasper Schmeichel – Denmark (13/11 (a) v Sweden in Solna and 17/11 (h) v Sweden in Copenhagen) – Played all 180 minutes.
Christian Fuchs – Austria (17/11 (h) v Switzerland in Vienna) – 90 minutes.
Wes Morgan – Jamaica (14/11 (h) v Panama in Kingston and 18/11 (a) v Haiti in Port-au-Prince) – Played all 180 minutes, and registered an own goal in the 2-0 defeat to Panama.
Jeffrey Schlupp – Ghana (13/11 (a) v Comoros in Mitsamiouli and 17/11 (h) v Comoros in Kumasi) – Only played 51 minutes as a substitute in the second of the two matches.
Andy King – Wales (13/11 (h) v Holland in Cardiff) – 90 minutes.
Gokhan Inler – Switzerland (13/11 (a) v Slovakia in Trnava and 17/11 (a) v Austria in Vienna) – Started both matches, playing 74 minutes against Slovakia, and 60 minutes in Vienna.
Riyad Mahrez – Algeria (14/11 (a) v Tanzania in Dar-es-Salaam and 17/11 (h) v Tanzania in Blida) – Played all 180 minutes, registered an assist in the first leg against Tanzania and a goal and an assist in the 7-0 home win three days later.
Shinji Okazaki – Japan (12/11 (a) v Syria in Muscat and 17/11 (a) v Cambodia in Phnom Penh) – Was an unused substitute in the first match, and played 86 minutes in the 2-0 win against Cambodia.
Andrej Kramaric – Croatia (17/11 (a) v Russia in Rostov) – Only played three minutes as a substitute.

LIVERPOOL

Jurgen Klopp will be boosted by the fact Christian Benteke has had a light schedule over the past week. Other regular starters such as Martin Skrtel and Emre Can should also be fresh for the trip to the Etihad on Saturday.

Simon Mignolet and Christian Benteke – Belgium (13/11 (h) v Italy in Brussels) – The goalkeeper played the full 90 minutes, but Benteke was an unused substitute.
Martin Skrtel – Slovakia (13/11 (h) v Switzerland in Trnava and 17/11 (h) v Iceland in Zilina) – Only played the full match against Switzerland.
Nathaniel Clyne and Adam Lallana – England (13/11 (a) v Spain in Alicante and 17/11 (h) v France in London) – Clyne only featured against France, playing the full match. Lallana played 63 minutes against Spain and 22 minutes against France.
Joe Allen – Wales (13/11 (h) v Holland in Cardiff) – Played all 90 minutes in the 3-2 defeat, and grabbed an assist, although he did miss from the penalty spot.
Emre Can – Germany (13/11 (a) v France in Paris) – Played 56 minutes as a substitute in Paris.

MAN CITY

Manuel Pellegrini will have to assess Vincent Kompany’s fitness, after he pulled out of Belgium duties with a calf complaint. The City boss will also keep an eye on Nicolas Otamendi, who played both matches for Argentina ahead of a long flight home. Martin Demichelis and Fernandinho will also need assessment. Kevin de Bruyne continued his outstanding form by playing a pivotal role in Belgium’s win over Italy.

Joe Hart and Raheem Sterling – England (13/11 (a) v Spain in Alicante and 17/11 (h) v France in London) – Hart played the full match in Spain, and 45 minutes against France. Sterling started both matches, playing the full 90 minutes against Spain, and 68 minutes against France. He provided the cross for Wayne Rooney’s goal at Wembley.
Aleksandar Kolarov – Serbia (13/11 (a) v Czech Republic in Ostrava) – Completed the full 90 minutes in the 4-1 defeat.
Nicolas Otamendi and Martin Demichelis – Argentina (14/11 (h) v Brazil in Buenos Aires and 17/11 (a) v Colombia in Barranquilla) – Otamendi played all 180 minutes, but Demechelis was an unused substitute in both matches.

Kelechi Iheanacho – Nigeria (13/11 (a) v Swaziland in Lobamba and 17/11 (h) v Swaziland in Port Harcourt) – Limited to just 24 minutes off the bench in the first match.

MAN UNITED

The headline news is the ankle injury picked up by Anthony Martial against England, leaving him a doubt for the trip to Vicarage Road on Saturday. United revealed “the true severity is yet to be confirmed”, with Louis van Gaal set to give an update in Friday’s press conference. Marcos Rojo will need to be monitored given his exploits for Argentina over the past few days, whilst Chris Smalling shrugged off a knock to feature off the bench in England’s win over France. Michael Carrick looks set to be ruled out for the weekend after being stretchered off with an ankle injury.

David de Gea and Juan Mata – Spain (13/11 (h) v England in Alicante) – De Gea was an unused substitute, while Mata only played 26 minutes off the bench.
Sergio Romero and Marcos Rojo – Argentina (14/11 (h) v Brazil in Buenos Aires and 17/11 (a) v Colombia in Barranquilla) – Both played all 180 minutes.
Matteo Darmian – Italy (13/11 (a) v Belgium in Brussels and 17/11 (h) v Romania in Bologna) – Played all 180 minutes.
Daley Blind and Memphis Depay – Holland (13/11 (a) v Wales in Cardiff) – Blind played the full 90 minutes. Depay was an unused substitute.
Chris Smalling, Phil Jones, Michael Carrick, Jesse Lingard and Wayne Rooney – England (13/11 (a) v Spain in Alicante and 17/11 (h) v France in London) – Smalling only played 84 minutes against Spain. Jones played the full match in Alicante, and two minutes as a substitute against France. Carrick started against Spain, but was stretchered off in the dying moments with an ankle injury that looks almost certain to rule him out for a couple of weeks. Lingard was an unused substitute at Wembley. Rooney played 17 minutes as a substitute against Spain, and played the full 90 minutes in the 2-0 win against France, scoring the second goal.
Bastian Schweinsteiger – Germany (13/11 (a) v France in Paris) – Played the full 90 minutes in Paris, and was said to be severely effected by the tragic events of the night.
Morgan Schneiderlin and Anthony Martial – France (13/11 (h) v Germany in Paris and 17/11 (a) v England in London) – Schneiderlin played 10 minutes as a substitute against Germany, and 82 minutes against England. Martial played 69 minutes in the 2-0 win against the Germans, where he registered an assist. The forward also started against England, but had to be replaced after 67 minutes having picked up a foot injury.

Part two of our assessment, which covers the other ten Premier League teams, will be published tomorrow.

All fans who attend PL matches can afford them. Fact.. No one has forced them to attend the matches. Many fans now boycott their lifelong teams' games in protest.
I know this won't go down well with some but it is ultimately peoples own decision to use their money as they like. If they want to spend hundreds/thousands of pounds to attend PL matches yet struggle to make ends meet then that's how they prioritise their spending. Attending PL matches isn't a necessity.

            I agree with you.

However, I think it is still fair for people, including fans, to gripe about the ticket prices when they see the truly ludicrous wages the players are on. I mean, knock £50k a week off Rooney's weekly salary, that's a saving of £2.6 million a year that could be used to bring down ticket prices. Apply similar logic across the board and you'll see tickets at a much better price.

You make complete sense but who is funding those ridiculous wages? Footballers only get paid so much because of the consumers demand. It's the nature of the beast

Which is true and fair. But perhaps an acknowledgment of such a demand? For example, as in my Rooney case, call the £50k a "player appreciation tax" or some sort which is given by the player back to the fans as an acknowledgement that without them he wouldn't be in the position to earn any of the ludicrous money he's on, let alone that £50k he's giving up. Just a theory, but I'm with you completely on priorities. People do need to decide what is important to spend their money on.

The whole things fecked up. You can dodge about saying the best sportsmen can earn this and that millions; but the working class backbone is being squeezed by the elitist scum buckets in many different formats.

It's illusion of Alice in Wonderland proportions..

This is true as well. I think there is massive disparity out there, one that is rather unjust and riles me often. In terms of football though, it is a choice to be squeezed by the elitists for ticket money. Not the same as the likes of being squeezed on the necessities of life.

Well I think its sensible. I really do loathe the ultra capitalist model that has taken over a lot of society and the terrible disparity between the ultra rich (who really don't need that much money) and the poor. But, priorities are priorities and in the world as it stands one needs to be smart with money.

        Myhill
        Kolarov Bellerin VVD
        KDB Mahrez Sanchez Ozil
        Kane Vardy Pelle

        McCarthy Albrighton Dawson Francis

        1.8m 1FT

Is it crazy I'm considering doing Albrighton to Bolasie and using my AOA chip this week? I feel although Bolasie is slightly inconsistent he'd make a great 5th mid for any future injuries/rotations.

Not keen on Kun right now / happy to wait.

It could work out. Personally I wouldn't want to rule out Kun completely if he was within my grasp.

        RMWCT:
        Myhill Hennessey
        Moreno Richards Baines Alderweireld Evans
        Özil Deulofeu Tadic Cabaye Bolasie
        Kane Pellè Lukaka

I've kept enough cash to bring in Kun for any of front 3, will do that once he plays.

One of Cabaye/Bolasie will be transferred out, can't decide between them at the mo! Any thoughts on a replacement?

Have you considered Giroud ahead of Pelle?

I hadn't, no! I like Pelle's play-at-home-bench-away predictability. I didn't realise how Giroud had been scoring fairly solidly despite rotation - but just fear Theo's return will dent Giroud. Interesting shout though, cheers!

Only issue is they tried in Summer and he had no interest in moving to Pool. Perhaps more money will solve that though.
