    There's a few of these "on the beach" teams knocking about now. Bournemouth being another. Funnily enough, even though they keep getting beat, Villa seem to be improving. I wouldn't be so quick to jump on Southampton assets.

      Swansea looked poor vs Newcastle too. When Stoke, Swansea, Bournemouth, and probably now Watford, Palace are playing away, there could be goals.

    I've no idea what Kane's price will be next season but it's gonna be a close call if he's cheaper than Aguero...well...until we've built up funds for both anyway. He's gonna be an FPL machine next season.

    While I'm gutted that Spurs have delivered so strongly over their last two, I've just taken another look at my squad and I'd expect to have 14 of 15 out there this week (15 if Dann is fit). For all the damage inflicted by Toby, Ali and Kane - I'd still expect a very decent green flag out of GW34.

      You're advice might be gold here. Looking at a 36 WC. Thinking of keeping Alexis, Kane, Alli and then working my way around the remaining 12. Is that what you would do?

      Cresswell could be a decent shout vs Toby with his two home matches. Defoe vs Kane possibly, given that Sunderland have to score goals in their two home matches. As for Ali, I think it's going to come down to Coutinho/Firmino vs Alli for most.

      I can't understand the love for the likes of milner here. Eriksen is surely a better chance and that's assuming you already have alli or Kane or both. With all the rotation surely spurs mids arsenal mids and possibly payet all being better. Is it that you are Liverpool fans or is there some stats behind his selection?

          Why not? Ulloa took them last year. Remember the Man U game where Vardy won the pens and Ulloa scored them?

          At this stage of the season the title is more important to them than Vardy being top goalscorer.

      Personally think Mahrez will grab it, although imo Ulloa is a much better taker.

    Rival 120 ahead. Even having done Bolasie>Milner I was still 60-31 up this week. Not anymore!

    I miss my triple Spurs, triple Leic, Kun, Sanchez and Ozil team!!

    Not sure we can use today to criticise our general WC + BB strategy. This was about poor player choice rather than poor strategy, I think.

          Liverpool rotation to some degree was entirely predictable
          As is Spurs ongoing form.
          You can still invest in doubles without losing sight of the basics ( I got carried away just like most others)

      Agreed.

      Firmino, Sturridge, Sanchez, Aguero, Smalling, Funes Mori have all had attention in the run up to this DGW. They've been mentioned in articles and bar the last two have featured heavily in RMTs. Definitely not poor statergy

    Well dropping Alli for Lanzini to pick up Koscielny has gone great...

    Should I rush to bring Kane back for Lukaku? Spurs have some tough games on the horizon...and Everton have an insanely easy schedule... :/

    Lukaku-> Defoe/Kane
    Martial->Defoe/Kane
    Cathcart->Verthongen

    2 ft.
    1. Take a hit and make all 3 transfers so I can field 11
    2. No hit. Which 2 transfers?

    Looking at 64 points after tonight. With no bench boost but 10 dgw players still to play including captain, I'm not too disappointed by that so far actually, despite all the rotation yesterday. All is not lost.
