Looks very similar to what mine is/will be. I've spent a bit less in midfield so as not to rely on as many ultra-cheaps in defence (ie. Enrique rather than Evans).

For Evans, I have plan to upgrade him to Jagielka or Enrique this week. That would leave me 4.9 - 5.3mil to spend for upgrading Dyer. Anyway, I think he is one of the best choice in that budget range.. π
I actually want to have 3 big hitters up front too, but too much rotation in City and injuries of Aguero are too headache to deal with. So, I went for 4 expensive MF who could bring goal + assist + cs and try to see if it works.
