The final fixture of Gameweek 9 sees us pay visit to Stamford Bridge, where Chelsea entertain former manager Jose Mourinho and Man United at 4pm.

The home side have chalked up two straight wins and clean sheets since Antonio Conte switched to a 3-4-3 formation, defeating Hull and Leicester in consecutive Premier League fixtures.

Diego Costa is the Blues’ main threat, having scored or assisted in seven of the Blues’ first eight fixtures.

The Spain international sits just one booking short of a single-match suspension, though it’s worth noting that a caution today would see him sit out the midweek EFL Cup clash with West Ham and free him up to face Southampton in Gameweek 10.

Those who have held onto Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be hoping for signs of a return to form, bearing in mind the Reds then host Burnley next weekend.

The Swede – who is the second most-captained player for Gameweek 9 – has plummeted in price to 11.3 after scoring just one goal in his previous six league outings.

Did Costa try to get a YC today? Shocked he didnt take it

Tbf, he hasn't been like a 'cu*t' the last few matches. And he only gets yellow card if he wants. So think he could try and not get too. He is quite important to the team. And most likely he will come as a sub in Coc as well.

Also, getting a yellow just for the sake of missing Coc sets a bad example too when everything's going so well for us.

Agree with you, but I don't see him behaving until the 31st december.

Yes he still might get banned. But that'd be for just one match. Batshuayi needs some chances too.

That's the thing with him - he pretty much chooses when to get a yellow and never elects to get sent off. Think it was the same last season, once he was on 4 yellows he was good.

To be fair, we were that soft and placid today that any push and shove from Costa looking for a yellow, would have likely gotten him a red given our players reluctance to engage in any way (ie. We were soft as **** and didn't give Costa the opportunity to get a yellow).

Hard to choose tbh. I wanted Mane but took Firmino on my WC in this week. Too hard to choose tbh. Mane ahead of Coutinho only because Coutinho gets subbed off early.

        My offence is:

        Sanchez, Walcott, Coutiho, Capoue, Snoddy

        Kun, Lukaku, Deeney

I'm going to bench Snoddy if I don't sell this week. So the consideration is, should I sell someone that presumably won't score next week. He's guaranteed to drop more than once in price within next GW
