Easily, BB should be worth maybe 25 points. If you play the dgws well, you'll pull him back.

50 points is nothing, had 40/50 point swings backwards and forwards all season with various teams.

Easiest way to do it is to grow a pair with the captaincy, can't be chased in no time if your lucks in.

Definitely doable - look at gaining approx 10 points on him week-by-week, and before you know it you'll be in touching distance. Then with the bench boost advantage, you can drive the nail in and stretch that lead when it comes time.

I've just erased an 80 point lead in the last 4 gameweeks... but I have been in good form recently though, averaging 75 points per week over that time 🙂 About time after my terrible start to the season!

I was 50 odd points off the lead 4 GW's ago, and now leading by 10. A bit fortuitous in that no-one but myself owns Alonso, but it can be done.

Mate, I've seen a lead like that overcome on the last day before in my minileague.

I was 53 points off, had 119 points on iGW21 and overtook the leader... i now lead by 6 points

Be simple. Plan. Target DGW and BGW. Avoid unnecessary punts. A good combo of proven players plus differential will get you there. 10 plus 2 is fine.

If you want to try something different, try different formations.

I would still want to keep jones + ibra, so my next 3 transfers are likely to be lukaku,philips,funes mori (for giroud, lallana, lenihan) so I have adequate cover to bench them during that week
