Kompany a much better pick if you ask me, just for the tiny chance of attacking points and much better chance of BPs. I could understand it if you wanted to double up on City defence, though.

I have him and ASA I have him he outscored SIlva in my team and he is 4m cheaper

I like the cheap keepers, it's easy to identify a few who will or will almost keep up with Hart's PPG at a much lesser price.

It's hard though to identify 4m or 4.5m defenders that are likely to keep up with Kompany.

I've realized that if there's an assist under consideration it takes longer.

Does it matter? This season, gone are the days when BP's could turn a bad week into an OK one or an OK one into a good one. As BP's are now awarded largely based on things that points are already awarded for (assists, goals, etc)they predictably turn a good week into an even better week or a bad week into a terrible one! An OK week will remain an OK week.

I don't have him, but right now I'd certainly never bench him. It's pretty likely that he'll never have another spell as good/fortunate as this one has been.

Let's face it though, he's been good but he's also been highly fortunate with Mertesacker pulling up and Stoke being disorganized in the snow after the very harsh Huth red.

Form over everything, I'd happily do what you say but I think it's wise to try to be alert to when/if he fades too.

It's an odd situation isn't it? I've had Sess and McClean and have played Sess the last two weeks to my detriment. It seems at the moment like you can put out an excellent team without getting all that close to using your full budget. Assuming you were to have McClean and another cheapie you'd easily have enough cash for 3 pricey mids, 2 pricey strikers and a strong defence, given that the likes of Ba and Yak continue to do well it's difficult to see what you'd do with the change.
