Is Tagliafico nailed for Argentina? Seems too good to be true at £5m.

Tempting. Why aren't people going for him then?

I think there is lots of value at 4.5, and 5.5.

I think Tag is the best 5m option. Better than Granqvist

Anyone fancy convincing me of how to use the chips?
I quite like the idea of BB round 1 or 2, when weak teams are in the mix, and line ups are settled.
I have no idea about the Wild card.....
and the captain thing, I think could work well later, as early you have lots of chances to change the captaincy around.

      I'm going with the following:
      bb round 1
      wc round 2
captain thing later in the tournament

      1. Gazpilicueta
        • 11 Years
        7 years, 5 months ago

what led you to that decision? can i see your starting line up? i guess u are sure they are all starters

        1. Bad Kompany
          • 7 Years
          7 years, 5 months ago

          El Kajoui Uzoho
          Meunier Trippier Varela Hakimi Pavard
          Mueller Eriksen James Ljajic Meza
          Lukaku Mbappe Kramaric

This is what I'm on at the moment but some things will probably change. Line-ups should be rather predictable unlike round three(rotation for teams that already won their group). Also there are easier teams and cheaper players(won't be in knockout round). Wanting to take full advantage of bb without hurting other rounds is why I'm wc in round 2. Captain thing I think will be useful later when we don't have as many opportunities and the games are harder to predict

      • 8 Years

Captain chip definitely for later rounds when you cannot make lots of switches as you say. Leaning towards BB round 2 when line ups are known and teams are going for a win more as opposed to not losing.

Double up and treble ups are very often the right way to go if you can name the right game. Massive risk with massive reward sometimes.

I think we will see a couple of 5-0 or 6-0 games...but who?

So is Mojica (Columbia) not going to play now? Who is the best 4.5 defender to get instead, is Pavard worth the risk?

Pretty sure Mojica will play notwithstanding Scout line ups. They have no Pavard playing for France and Umtiti playing who last I heard was injury doubt

The predicted lineups wrote him as Johan Palacio
        He starts!

Think I might take Pavard out. Have a horrible feeling we'll see that French line-up on Saturday morning and he won't be in it!

Pavard has risk after round 1. Yotun and cout plays deep albeit with some set pieces. Cavani no pens in not very attacking team
