World Cup Fantasy managers will have to respond quickly to the emerging trends in Russia, as they prepare their transfers ahead of the Gameround 2 deadline on Tuesday.

We’ve taken our first look at the Opta World Cup data, which is exclusively available to members after the completion of each match.

Our analysis covers all fixtures contested in Groups A-F, with a scrutiny of Group G and H to follow before the second set of group matches commence.

Not surprisingly, Cristiano Ronaldo (£12.0m) has been at the heart of the transfer market in recent days following his 16-point haul in Portugal’s opening fixture: since Friday night, his ownership has doubled.

Elsewhere, there appears to be a strong case to load up on Uruguay players ahead of their match with Saudi Arabia, while the underlying statistics should provide some consolation to owners of Lionel Messi and Neymar following the £12.0m-rated forwards’ opening-match blanks.

    God I love southgate.

A true legend. Understands our mentality. Understands pressure more than anyone while wearing the three lions

This is why you don’t have a foreign coach. They are not as smart, passionate and have half the intelligence.

Some people are born negative. I don’t get your point.

Do you not like Southgate, or just don’t like expressing your emotions so you laugh at England ?

Like the guy who’s wife rides the rugby team and you claim you were gonna dump her anyway.

No, I just find the sentence “This is why you don’t have a foreign coach. They are not as smart, passionate and have half the intelligence.” so utterly moronic when the last time England had any success in a World Cup was with a foreign coach.

I haven’t since we beat Wales. However this was different. We truly deserved this win, against a better side than Wales and this is a team, not some sporadic individuals.

Players like Maguire and Trippier stood up and were counted when TAA and Cahill could have started ahead and nobody blinks an eye.
        The start of something special.

we could've had two penalties as well! Tunisia are certainly no push-overs and we played very well against the best team in Africa

Sterling and Lingard were quite poor today but Southgate made fantastic substitutions in Loftus-Cheek and Rashford to give us the energy to win the game

the defense was also incredibly solid despite conceding the penalty

Loftus cheek was incredible off the bench. He’s maybe shown players that you can leave Chelsea to stake a claim, it’s not all about staying there for sporadic appearances like Barkley or Drinkwater

You're right. you could tell that Maguire and a couple others were nervous at the beginning of the game. But they settled so fast and had great games. The first half was a great performance, we could/should have been 2 or 3 up.

I think it was unusual in that people weren't moaning about England being poo because they were struggling to beat a side they expected to. People around me thought (as I did) that they had been unlucky not to be well up.

Stick or do Werner to costa or Griezmann to Lukaku

Or jrod to coutinho if he’s out

I'm taking Courtois' 12 captain points and running away

Is using WC worth it for this:

Caballero Pavard Aldawsari Mueller JRod Eriksen Jesus

    To

Schmeichel Maguire Layun Isco Coutinho *7.0/ Keep Mueller/Erik/jrod* *Ronaldo/Costa*

Any suggestions for a good Carrasco replacement?

Already have Lukaku and Meunier, that should be enough Belgium for me especially since the Panama match is played

It’d have been a lot nicer if Kane didn’t get a brace tonight. Does one purchase Kane or Lukaku on wildcard now?
