A large portion of Fantasy managers are backing the key Spurs’ men for their Monday night trip to Manchester United.

Harry Kane (£12.5m) comes into the match as the most popular player and captained by just under 500,000+ managers.

Only Mohamed Salah (£13.0m) and Sergio Aguero (£11.2m) were backed by more in Gameweek 3, and the England captain needs two goal involvements to outshine them both.

Kieran Trippier (£6.0m) is the next most fashionable member of the Spurs squad, 24 percent of Fantasy managers hoping for a repeat of recent free-kicks scored against Croatia at the World Cup and Fulham in Gameweek 2.

Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea (£6.0m) remains owned by just over a quarter of managers, despite not yet keeping a clean sheet in 2018/19. Although with Spurs bringing plenty of attacking talent to Old Trafford, this match is unlikely to be the last straw for him.

The Spaniard is one of just two United players with double-figure ownership. The other one is Paul Pogba (£8.1m), currently backed by 18 percent following back-to-back converted penalties.

There will be some interest Christian Eriksen (£9.4m) and Dele Alli (£9.1m) with the Dane still just ahead of his English team-mate’s ownership, inspite of losing some set pieces duties to Trippier. Eriksen sits in 11 percent of squads with Alli in 7.6.

The secondary defenders (in terms of popularity) for each side are Luke Shaw (£5.1m) and Jan Vertonghen (£6.0m). The United man is in 8.7 percent of teams with Vertonghen in 10 percent.

SOMETHING ABOUT JOE AND WILLY BOLY.

Silecro put it best on the previous page:

Just to calm Moura bandwagon a little bit...
      - next they play Watford away who are in phenomenal form and currently 1st
      - after int break: man city
      - son will probably be back also at that time

Trying to blame the transfer window...

He was given money to buy Matic, Lindelof, Bailly, Pogba, Sanchez, Lukaku, Dalot, Fred...

One year ago he declared its his team now, ready for a title-push.

They have added a couple of first-XI players since that, yet now he says their lack of form is due to not having good enough players.

    3. HamezMace

He wanted a new centre back.

      Bailly cost them at Brighton.
      Jones tonight.

Lindelof was also poor tonight, although not directly at fault for any goals.

Lindelof hasn’t worked out, time to cut their losses with him.
Bailey is inconsistent, but he’s still young.

All the others he inherited, and have been widely ridiculed for the past few years, before Jose.

The guy is unreal. But he’s been leading up to this for a while.

He claimed, when winning, the team was ready for a title shot, I think he’s had Woodward spend something like 300 million and he claims he doesn’t have players.

Maybe he should learn to coach. And he had he cheek to accuse West Ham of playing 18th century football once.

It’s not rocket science to be fair. There is a potentially high upside to picking Haz - he has two great home fixtures, is on penalties, has a goal and two assists in three appearances, at the same time as Liverpool’s fixtures stiffen.

Folks with a more aggressive playing style will get him for either Salah or Mané, and folks with a more pragmatic style will sit back & observe. It could go well for either camp, there’s no right or wrong answer.

Exactly youvr hit the nail on the head and therein lies the problem, it's a total dilemma.

Now should I ditch Saleh for Hazard?

For me - ditching Salah is not an option, but on Saturday morning I will be giving very serious consideration to Mané > Haz for a 4 point hit if nothing else has happened between now & then

          Pretty much, yes.

Also, Jose is getting fired, ManU relegated, and Spurs will win the league.

Moura is the best pick in the world and anyone from ManU is the worst.

Foresight far more valuable than hindsight. Don't win nuthin chasing points.

That said (there's always a but) IF you hit a player about to go on a season long run of form early - it can be gold. Mahrez perfect example - started at under 7m - was 9 by Christmas if I remember correctly - so there's always an arguement in favour of it.

Are Richarlison and Walcott's prices likely to change tonight specifically?

        Worth a hit?

        Firmino > Zaha
        Bilva > Hazard
        Richarlison > Moura

Yeah Moura might be a bit too knee jerky, better chance of minutes than Bilva tho?

              7 years, 4 months ago

Yeah perhaps, but Bilva’s fixture is far better and Moura in more danger when Lamela
              And Son returns
