Scarred by the resting of City duo Sergio Aguero and David Silva, Gameweek 27 will go down as one of the key periods in the Fantasy season as vice captains kicked in to gift or rob Fantasy managers of spoils. Sunday’s events didn’t fail to add their own twists with red cards, missed penalties and the return to form of Clint Demspey alongside the extraordinary contribution of Pavel Pogrebnyak.

Our members can now pick through all the statistics from the Gameweek and, as always, we’ve picked out some eye-catching numbers to digest. Of course, we’ve also included our prediction of where the Fantasy Premier League bonus will go…

      well played this week mate! my team just got wrecked this week, even if i got the c/vc right still would have lost pretty soundly to you. recon i'll have to reluctantly give you the ultimate humiliator award for the week cuz you're already beating me by 17 plus 4pt home advantage, dempsey vc for you, some bp's and 8pts off the bench for you and -1 for me.... yikes!

        Cheers, that was a mental week! From what was looking like just the one differential it all went crazy! I got worried when Aguero didn't come on because I thought you had RVP vice as you were contemplating Captaining him!

          seriously! still managed 41 with no captain/vc and only 8 playing (with two giving me minus scores). yeahh that was a moment of stupidity from me. had aguero (c) dempsey (vc) all week but was strongly considering captaining rvp and then for some reason decided to (vc) silva instead! was too tired at that point cuz i honestly don't know why i decided to do that.... doesn't make any sense cuz silva was never even in my thinking.

          even if i'd viced rvp you still wouldda won with a superior overall team (this week) and dempsey vc

          gl to you next week! but be ready to receive a similar thumping when you play me at home 😉

    So the one week punt on Pog obviously payed off. Knackered the plan of putting Bellamy in this week, would be suicide especially as Pog could rise 0.3m. So thinking of selling Sess to get a second DGW player. No Liverpool mids appeal, considering Drenthe instead? Talk me out of it someone!!! Nurse, medication please!! 🙂

      Benitez a tactical nightmare! If Chelsea have any sense they will steer clear of him. This is a chance for Abramovich to wake up realise what needs to be done at the club. No doubt he won't though.

    Knee jerked:
    Richards out for Kompany - Richards may well start every week from now, but I just don't want to think about it.
    McClean out for Siggy - it only gets harder for Sunderland in my eyes, and they (and he) aren't getting any better...

    I theeenk I might Wildcard this week. Pog looks appealing, and I don't have any outfield Man U players, which needs to change as of now!
