Where FPL teams concede the most chances from – Part 3

We have used the latest international break to identify trends in the opening 12 Gameweeks of the 2018/19 season.

This aim of this study, which we began last week and continued yesterday, has been to assess where each FPL team is most susceptible when it comes to conceding goals.

Using data available in the Members Area, we have looked at chances conceded from set pieces, through the middle and down the left or right flank.

With the relevant areas pinpointed all 20 teams, we produced a list of which players stand to benefit the most in the next six Gameweeks.

In this final part we will be comparing the individual data of the FPL options who made the cut…

    Last season, Zanka played every Premier League minute for Huddersfield. He was booked six times in total, and only twice before Christmas. This year, he missed the 6-1 thrashing at Manchester City with a minor injury, and has been taking bookings like a Michelin-starred restaurant. From the start of September there was a run of four in five games, and another against West Ham means he is suspended for this match. Chris Löwe, who like Zanka has started 11 of the team’s 12 league games so far, is injured, and the Terriers will be forced to bring an unfamiliar defence to Molineux. With David Wagner flitting between four- and five-man back-lines, their defensive shape is scarcely more predictable than the personnel. Wolves might consider Huddersfield’s rearguard ripe for pillaging.

      I would be more worried for Wolves with Vinagre playing left wing back - he has never started a PL game and has just 67 minutes under his belt

        One goal and the Wolves cleanie is gone ... Huddersfield don’t score many, granted, but do sneak that solitary annoying goal, they have scored in 6 of their 12 games (including against City) and have scored and are unbeaten in their last 2 games ....

        fair point, but my point is that he will be the weak link to be exploited due to his lack of experience - teams have already worked out how to counter Wolves wing backs by pressing and gettting in behind them.

        Many on here seemed to have banked their Wolves cleanie already but I don’t think it is going to be quite as easy as it may seem 🙂

      Bernardo's injury has no effect on whether Sterling starts or not, they've been playing completely different roles all season. I think Sterling will start, but it's probably between him, Mahrez and Sane for the 2 wide spots.

    Mane will become Hazard for GW14. But for this week:

    A) Peltier > Doherty . Doubling up on Wolves goes against my game, although is it too good an opportunity to miss? Think I can justify it as Pat is a set and forget, while Doherty has potential attacking returns. This would also mean being able to bench Pereya against Liverpool.
    B) Hold
