No Gylfi pleasure for me, Dempsey heartbreak more like. A trip to the Cottage inspired the decision to throw my FPL armband the way of Captain America, only for Sigurdsson to steal the thunder and banish me to a miserable tube ride home.

Mark lends an (un)sympathetic ear in this latest episode, as we roll through the regulars whilst discussing how we’re all heading back to the drawing board for our third striker solution.

                    Mmmm, Been stressed and stretched recently which is why I've not been on here much, I log on, read a few posts and due to my aggitated state I'd rather find something to punch or watch a Hibs v Kilmarnock game. The Hibees game is always a last resort , of course!

                    Just put on the Smiths while your at it... not good i know, I was up in Edinburgh the other week there and went along to Easter Road. Hibs were terrible. I couldn't believe how bad they were. Thank god i dont live up there and waste my money on that load of gash.

    To get Valencia this GW, I will probably need to sacrifice one of the following:

    A) Kompany (lose 0.1)
    B) Dempsey (lose 0.4)
    C) Silva (lose 0.4)
    D) Bale (lose 0.8)
    E) Ba (lose 0.3)

    Any ideas on who should go and their replacement? Need about 1.8 to swap Cabaye for Valencia.

                Hi Jk...Fray Bentos used to post loads last couple of years and a nice guy. Liverpool fan. He's only on very occasionally this year, he was doing poorly but has picked up big time...he got high 90's last week. Check my link..he's in the "won it 5 times league"

    Ok, so this is a big moment for me in my fantasy league season. I hope as many of you can help me as possible. Most of you seem to know a lot more than I do...

    I'm 10k overall and top of both my leagues. I think I'm going to play my WC this week. My team at the moment is

      I'm not sure if you can afford this but I'd do the following;

      Krul, Begovic

      Evans, Taylor (SWA)/Caulker, BAE, Enrique, Simpson
      Sess, Val, Bale, Nasri, Mata
      RVP, Rooney, Prog

      I've no idea if this is finanically viable, but I think you might get better coverage, and I can't see Rosicky, Balotelli or Cahill getting many points, and Begovic rotates well with Krul.

      Obviously don't take this as gospel!

        that is my midfield. Making that switch is not a priority for me, Dempsey out first for me. I make it for a 4 pointer next week or I'll do it as my only switch, but I need to lose Santon or Taiwo I think

    My squad is

    Schwarzer Mignolet
    Evans, Assou Ekotto, Enrique, Caulker, Kelly
    Walcott, Bale, Silva, Valencia, Sigurdsson
    Van Persie Rooney Ballotelli

    Next week I was planing tou out Silva for, maybe Gerard or Mata for no hit.

    Although I have the correct amount of money for Silva > Sessegnon and Ballotelli > Aguero for a 4 point hit .
    This would leave front eight for the run in as:

    Walcott, Bale, Sessegnon, Valencia, Sigurdsson
    Van Persie Rooney Aguero

    I know it looks a bit top heavy but I thin it looks ok. Whats your views????

    What to do with Kompany and Ba. 1 free transfer & £2.9m

    Enrique, Evans, Kompany
    Valencia, McClean, Gylfi, Bale
    Rvp, Rooney, Ba

    Dempsey, Simpson, Kelly, Schwarzer

    Will probably hold onto Kompany and could afford to upgrade Ba to pretty much anyone. The only ones the spring to mind are Suarez and Yakubu.

    Anyone have any inspiration?

        Tottenham have a must win game against Chelsea, and Bale is their primary source of attacking moves, so if Tottenham win, Bale'll be in the points, which is why I'm sticking with him
