We’ve been here before. Seven days ago we were waxing lyrical about the efforts of Papiss Cisse and Hatem Ben Arfa – a week later, we’re at it again having seen both combine to unravel a hapless Liverpool.

Cisse’s brace took him to seven in as many games, while at the Lane, Emmanuel Adebayor confirmed himself as a rival for a slot in our squads, as he returned to goalscoring form.

    Had a lovely day, out and about with the family this morning, watched the Totty game and enjoyed Ade's brace whilst "cooking" the roast pork with freinds round. Don't give a toss about fpl right now and am just off to watch a movie with the family.

    Which players are people looking to bring in for gameweek 36. If you could list a few that would be nice 😛 . Also would Sessgnon in for Fergurson and and Bendtner in for Suarez be good gameweek 34 moves. That will mean i can have 9 players playing 😛 – Not sure about Baines yet.

    So my plan was to sell Dempsey before gameweek 34 and maybe wildcard him back in for the double gameweek. So should I do that or just cut my losses, sell Silva and hang on to Dempsey at a discount and play with 10 in gameweek 34?

            City have been away all season, Arsenal will want to bounce back, Verm had a shocker yesterday and will want to make up for it. Plus if Aguero is out I don't think City have enough in them to get at Arsenal, especially with Silva's form

                I know he has Norwich away, but there a touch of the Silvas about RvP right now. He's been so overused by Arsenal that he just looks knackered. He's been without an injury for so long I'm not sure he's used to playing this many games.

    In my opinion, the second assist should go to ba(yes I'm a ba owner but have tried to observe it from an unbiased view), HBA is no where near touching the ball and almost immediately jumps to avoid the liv defenders tackle, it'll be absolutely ludicrous if it doesn't go to ba.

      to me an assist should be an assist when the person who provides the assist is the last one to touch the ball, the way the rules are here it 's a joke, like ba and bale assists today and some many ohters throughout the season

          The ball is defo deflected off either HBA or the defender. At first i thought HBA flicks it, but im not totally sure. One thing i am sure about is Ba's pass is deflected.

    I ripped up my 5 week plan for gw 34/35/36 and decided to Jump on the Papiss parade. He is just playing to damn good. The only problem is now I have to offload two Liverpool "defenders" for gw 34 ,while taking a 4 point hit to bring in a Bolton midfielder.
    I have found to my cost this season that defenders do not get you the big points, BAE the occasional aberration.

      i loved him as a player. top quality but he can't live on his former glories in this role. LIV need a Brendan Rodgers figure to shape that team.

      Dalglish is an 1980's manager with a 1980's mentality. He will only leave Liverpool if he does what Clough did in his last season with Forest.
      Plus he needs to find someone with an eye for players someone like Brendan Rodgers.

        hillsborough ruined dalglish

        he was never the same after that and it has eaten away at him since and i think has a lot to do with his dislike of the media

        it doesn't surprise me, being witness to something like that and all the funerals he went to, it has to hurt a man and change them forever
